I really like this location, even though it gets really busy at times. I wish I remembered her name, but one of the baristas really took the time to help me find something new to try and I ended up loving it! It was a white chocolate, raspberry, caramel Frappuccino with the caramel crunchies on top and I was in heaven lol. For as busy as this location gets, I just really appreciated the time she took to make me feel like a customer and not just her job. Really, the whole staff who was working there that morning was great, they even helped me find am extra outlet to plug my laptop in to (side note they are on the underside of the long table). And the cherry on top was the bathrooms were clean. It's the little things lol.

Had my family in town, they wanted to grab some coffee, so I took them to Starbucks. They did have an unpleasant experience with a couple of staff members, who appeared dismissive, no one asked their names. The buzz cut tomboy was flat out rude, it was apparent that she despised her job and all around her. Just overall toxicity was pretty disparaging. Hopefully management takes that in consideration.

The only Starbucks I’ve ever found with decent WiFi! Finally, one of these places might actually be worth entering! Not a huge fan of their coffee, but it still beats Stumptown (🤮)!

This is hands down the best Starbucks we have been to. The barista's are always friendly, and helpful. They even remember our order since my husband and I pretty much order the same thing each time. We love to go to this location, because we know we will be treated well, and our order is always right. Thank you for making our experience great each time, making us want to return!

I ordered from the Starbucks app and when I went in to the store it was ready so I took it to my car and dove off. I did not notice that my drink was made incorrectly until I had driven away. When I realized I thought no big deal I will just place another order for the same drink and go back. I did not want to have to explain the situation and be in a crowded place with Covid-19 so I thought I will just reorder and pay for the drink again. I went back inside and there was confusion about my order as the old receipt had not been thrown away so they said we just have to make the second drink I then explained to them that I had placed a second order as my drink was made incorrectly the first time. The response was confused and dismissive. I took my newly made drink and left when I got outside I looked down at the drink and it had been made incorrectly again. I checked the label to make sure it was not my mistake in ordering and it was all there. I did not go back in because it was crowded and social distancing was challenging. I am just very disappointed in the service I received. I will not be going back to this Starbucks.

IMHO, Starbucks, the corporate behemoth, did something right with this store. It's got a great location and the designers made it fit will into the surrounds. It's the right size. Parking isn't difficult. I know that big coffee, even if it's HQed in the general region, has a bad rap but this store is a nice place to grab coffee quick or to meet with friends.
