This isn't a bad Starbucks but it's not a great one either. The staff is that keening corporate version of Nice. The food and coffee are standard. It's just not very inviting. It desperately needs an update and a better layout.

Poor customer service, unwelcoming staff, always sketchy people hanging around and the staff wont do anything about it. There was even a shooting in here once. I love starbucks but this wouldn't be the one to hang out at.

If you're at Fred Meyer... and you need some coffee... and you're not too interested in setting or any real coffee experience... this works. The people are really nice and the service is solid. The setting and the coffee... mmm.
