Short staffed ! Employee sleeping in a booth wakes up and walks into the food making area comes outside to vape then goes back in and begins to help out ! Waited for such a long time to order food because the kiosk weren’t working anyways just felt like I deserve better service and sanitary conditions when paying for my food , very gross to step over garbage spilling out 2 garbage cans at front door

BEWARE.... If you going through Drive thru don't order medium fries, cause you'll get small fries in a Medium box. If you order large fries, you will get medium fries in a large box. So basically, you pay extra and not get the full box of fries you order... Better check your fries and drinks to make sure you getting what you paid for...

This location is my go-to McDonald's close to home. Good location, very good staff working a generally very busy location. I usually order inside, even for to-go orders. Highly recommended. [Update on 3/19] If you are not in a hurry, then I think that the ordering kiosks Inside the restaurant are the way to go, since you can customize every sandwich just how you like it. Besides that, you can find out about offers such as buy-one-get-one-free, which I scored only 2 days ago. Have it your way, at McD's!

Always liked this McDonald’s since it’s on my way home from work, and their ice cream machine are always working. But the lady working at the cashier window at the drive through on 4/15/22 around 6pm had such a hostile attitude- and yes, yes, I’m at a McDonald’s what stellar customer service should I expect- but the eye rolling after showing her a coupon on my phone app followed by another death glare while ringing up my order, I don’t see how that was necessary to make another human being feel bad for using a coupon, let alone for a customer. I’m sorry that it terribly inconvenienced her. I’m sure they won’t care, but I’ll no longer be coming here.

12/23/2021 - We don't normally complain about service, especially with current staffing issues. However, we came through and ordered a diet coke for my father who is a diabetic, 70 years old AND recovering from a major car accident. He also has some health issues that interfere with his sense of taste so unfortunately we found out that they'd given us regular coke when my Dad started to not feel well. When we tested his blood sugar it was almost 400. A safe range is under 140 and 600 is high enough to go into a diabetic coma. So I called the store we ordered from to give the manager a friendly heads-up that these things matter. I mean, I get it...when you see a big mac order with a diet coke it seems hypocritical BUT the burger and fries was for Mom and Dad was going to have her drink. The manager answered the phone and when I explained what happened he did say "I'm sorry about that" but he was clearly annoyed that I'd bothered him with this. So I said goodbye and here I am. Angry. Take some pride in your work and be respectful of people's requests. You never know when they have a good reason for it.

3 stars for one borderline rude drive-thru cashier and one friendly, conscientious drive-thru food person. We came through when they were busy and one of the people loading food into bags was doing something on her cell phone while we had been waiting for a simple order (2 large fries) for several minutes. The window person got fed up waiting and retrieved the fries herself just to get us on the road. 5 stars for the one cashier; I hope they give her a raise!
