Every Friday a company comes in and orders about 20 drinks so anyone walking in has to wait 20 to 30 minutes for their order. How about one of the 3 people working makes the walk in orders? Just a thought------Had to update - they have really stepped up and really doing great! They are very friendly and are customer focused. Great job!

Slow employees that don't seem to be able to move a line during the morning rush. This is downtown. People need to get to work. Take the order. Make the drink....the store seems to be stuck on taking orders...the easy part....staffed with four people the store should flow effortless.

How do you mess up a cup of black coffee? By serving it stone cold. Pretty sure this is yesterday's coffee being reserved at opening. Yuck. Serve it hot, or don't serve it at all.

I was passing by when I saw they had the new nitro cold brew. I've been waiting to try this. I went in, placed my order, and immediately realized my wallet was in my car. They gave me the coffee for free and all of the staff were great. The nitro cold brew is awesome by the way!

This Starbucks is in a nice part of town, where they have outside seating for you to observe corporate Portland individuals walk back and forth as you enjoy your warm or cold coffee.

YO IS THE BEST!!! She always brightens my work mornings. I get the spinach feta egg wrap with sriracha and she always says hi, calls out my name and I feel super welcome. Yo also always has a smile on her face and hard at work. Her hair color is awesome and she has some rad pins on her apron too. The location's overall service and atmosphere are good too - good music, quick service and good seating area to come and get work done in the afternoons when it's not so busy. Thanks Yo!
