Domino's Pizza

I ordered Brooklyn style large pizza and it was burnt and hard as cardboard ontop of that it barely had any of the topping I paid extra for. This was a unpleasant experience not happy at all, the parmesan bread bites also over cooked hard to bite and swimming in butter just awful food quality. What a waste of my money and time.

45 minutes to prep one medium two-topping pizza and 8 piece chicken, then another 45 minutes for a "quality check." ? After 90 minutes I call the 122nd store to ask if they're even going to show up, and this guy had no answers, no sincere apology. Awful customer service. Oh, he did say my order would be there in about 30 minutes. Which it was. Almost exactly 30 minutes later my order showed up. And I received cold pizza and cold chicken. Worst Domino's experience. Ever.

The only good thing that this store can do is have your pizza ready quickly. I'd prefer to have to wait a little longer if it meant getting my order correct . This last time there was seriously a light brushing of sauce . You couldn't barely see and couldn't taste. Making the pizza very dry. The time before that I ordered a chicken bacon ranch an hour before they closed, the pizza I received was a Canadian bacon and pineapple. They were closed as soon as I tried to call. So I emailed and never heard any sort of response. Guess its time to switch to little caesars

I've ordered from here and the one on 182nd many times. I get stuck with 122nd for delivery. I put in a complaint about the pizza being cold the delivery driver taking about an hour to get to my house after leaving the store. This was a large order and was unhappy they offered to replace one medium topping pizza. Just not happy with this store.

I have been going to this dominos for a while now and they haven’t been causing me any trouble. I bought a pizza and came in to pick it up and paid online. I said my name and they said I didn’t pay yet and then I asked to check again and they still said I didn’t pay so I did. I got the pizza and went home. It was the wrong pizza with the wrong name so I went back and returned the pizza untouched. I asked for my order and the lady that initially checked me out said rudely to her coworker to “take care of it” and walked away. They said the order never existed even though I had the order confirmation email, payment receipt, the order tracker, and the order number. They said it was no proof so they said they would give me new pizza since I paid for the wrong pizza. I’m disappointed I had to pay for the pizza TWICE with no refund.
