I ordered two large Jamba smoothies off the classic menu. I've been coming to the Sunset mall location for years. I haven't paid much attention to the staff or cleanliness. However, I noticed recently on the weekends especially (Sat. & Sun.). That the quality of service and product were spectacular! The smoothies are a sweet treat for the whole family.
Spoke to soon! Got a Peanut butter Moo'd smoothie and it looks like an iced coffee ☕. It smells like chai tea 🍵 and tastes like diet food. What did I get? I know what a Peanut butter Moo'd smoothie looks and tastes like. This one wasn't even close.

Super impressed with Natalie who was working the lunch shift solo today. She was energetic and great at multi tasking and keeping that line moving. Great experience & her smoothies were delicious too!

Have tried Orange Carrot juice in many different locations, can’t really tell why but the one from here taste best 👍🏻

Normally things are okay here. I do enjoy the smoothies, but today I tried the pineapple aloha and it tasted like banana. Just banana. In fact, there were a lot of banana chunks too large to get up the straw. Where's the pineapple?! Not in my smoothie. Aside from that, the toilet had poop in it and there was urine on the floor around the toilet.
