Mcdonald's

I arrived at 10 PM and waited in line for a good 30 mins, it was hot out and there were a ton of cars in front of me. The staff was clearly working their hardest, despite the heat! I commend them for being friendly and welcoming, despite the warm temperatures in their building. My order was correct. The fries weren’t “too” cold but not hot. My only offer of improvement would be to turn the air conditioning down so the staff can be more comfortable while they bust a move like they were doing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Employees are not trained well at all and it shows. Always out of something or half of the menu. They don’t take cards every night from 12 AM TO for god knows when. Waiting is not the problem.. waiting and still getting cold food or re-dipped fries and nuggets is the part that is wild to me!!! And the order still won’t be right🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

Went to this location this evening ordered the spicy chicken delux meal and a Big Mac meal. We sat in line for over 30 mins by the time we got to the 1st window the truck in front of me was pulling away. Flabbergasted why there were 10 cars lined up behind me. The cashier was friendly……and so was the young man at the second window handing us our food, fries were hot(better be after waiting so long. BUT my chicken sandwich had barely any sauce……what makes a spicy chicken sandwich spicy……”the sauce” There is so barely a 1/2 of a pump from their sauce guns. It didn’t even cover the bun when I tried to spread it.. You know when your looking forward to eating something, you get it, and the appearance let’s you know it’s not going to match up to the first time you ate it? It’s extremely disappointing isn’t it? The long wait in drive thru and the quality of the food is the reason I gave 2 stars. ( the second is for the young lady and young man in drive thru, it should only be 1 star)

It seems to be happening more often than not with this location, and although it was late night, I still had 7 minutes left til close and all lights and open signs were lit. Waited at order box for 4 minutes, then they silently turned the lights off on me. Pulled up to window and they tried handing me someone else's order! When I asked why they were closing early and ignoring customers, all 3 of them said they were short staffed. Tolerating practices like these is doing nobody any favors.

Had to wait for cyclists to finish arguing with staff over the intercom about serving them food just for them order at the pay window holding up the que, then recieved my order incomplete. No fries with any of my combo meals. This isn't the first time they've completly dropped the ball. Consider elsewhere if you don't feel like having to scrutinize every time you place an order here.
