Little Caesars

I've always liked little Caesars but used their new pizza portal bs. An item from my order was missing didn't realize until I drove all the way home. Absolutely no way to get a hold of anyone over the phone or online to get refunded for my item. I honestly won't ever come back to this location and won't ever leave a little Caesars without checking to make sure they actually completed my order. So word of caution check your order. I didn't think there'd be anything missing but really the customer shouldn't even have to be the ones checking for that so

Walked in, man at the counter had his head down counting his drawer not acknowleging me at all. No problem, money is important. Another guy skulking around loading pizzas into the warmer, no greeting, no eye contact, just loads pizzas and disappears into the back. A homeless man walked in, grabed a two liter and ran out without the first guy ever looking up from his cash drawer. Wait about four minutes until the second guy takes my order. Ask what's ready, he says nothing so I order a pepperoni, he says it'll only be a minute. So I wait. Five minutes goes by and a lady walks in and up to the man who was counting money. She asks what's ready, he says pepperoni. And proceeds to grab a pizza that the skulking guy put in the warmer right when I got in. I motion the the guy saying I'm waiting on a pepperoni. Instead of handing me a pizza he hands the woman hers, takes her payment and tells me it'll be just a minute. He then goes back to the guy who took my order and said something I couldn't hear. I finally get handed my pizza not a thank you or have a nice day or anything. I know this isn't gourmet food but ANY kind of hospitality would've been nice. This store either needs to raise wages to get decent people to work there or just fire the front end dimwits I dealt with today and start over. Wednesday Feb 23rd at 5pm was my visit time. I won't be back

Sick and tired of ordering pizza and a 2-liter soda through Door Dash only to not get the 2-liter soda. Easily 10 plus times. The driver blames the Little Caesar employees. When I drive up to get what I paid for, the manager always blames the driver. It has gotten very predictable. When I asked the manager what can be done to make sure I get what I pay for in the future, he said that it is 100% dependent on the driver and he can not guarantee me that will get what I paid for. This location does NOT do its due diligence to make sure the customer gets what they order. Oh yeah, the reason I order for delivery is to avoid the junkies panhandling in front of the store.
