Subway

I have bought Subway sandwiches many times. I like the ingredients available. I have a physical condition that I cant stand too long. I went into the store when there was one only one customer in front of me. There was a manager and two people in the store. While I waited they made 6 sandwiches before me (4 for people not in the store). I asked how long it would take to get my sandwich, the manager got snippy with me. I dont have time for this. This Subway is off my list, and all Subways are down a notch.

I used to go here pretty regularly on my lunch break and they used to be pretty good about everything. Now it's always super slow and there always seems to be a long line that they're trying to speed through. I really don't appreciate getting a light sandwich when I still pay full price just because they're busy and trying to save time by not going to the back to get fresh foods. Really nice people but seem to have no common sense. Won't be going back.

Clean, efficient and get the special request right the first time. This location is or favorite subway. It has changed ownership many times over the years, when anyplace does its rocky at first. But the location cares and soon its always been one of the best in the area. My wife and I go there about 3 times a month, since they opened. Having the sandwich again tonight! Looking forward to the fresh ingredients and accurate portions..

I give the workers the benefit of the doubt but to consistently have all my online orders 10-20 minutes late is very frustrating. I was waiting in the store today to have 3 customer walk-ins be completed before mine 20 minutes after mine was due. Management needs to have a better strategy with addressing online orders and walk-ins or hire more workers to pick up the slack.

This is the second time I have been to this Subway. The first time was about 3 years ago and I got super bad food poisoning. The second was today. I hadn't eaten breakfast and have some dietary restrictions, so I decided to give this subway another shot, since it had been a few years and probably a few employee turnovers. I came here this morning to get a salad, not only was the service awful, but the salad was a disaster! The girl was curt and unpleasant, she obviously did not want to be there. When she prepared the salad she mashed it into inedible MUSH with the slicer. The chicken was "heated" to lukewarm and in 3 big, mashed, pieces. It was terrible. I will not be returning here.
