Starbucks

I don’t come to Starbucks often but when I do, it’s always this location. I really wish I knew the employees name (female/shorter hair/50-60’s/register every time I go in) and this morning I told her my name and she said, “YESSSS I KNEW THAT! I ALWAYS REMEMBER YOU AND I SHOULDVE KNOWN THE NAME TO PUT.” It was just a super cute moment because I felt special. I felt remembered. Not to mention, the store had business cards out for their store manager and the cards had braille!! I was just very satisfied with my Starbucks experience this morning.

Really what negative things can you say about Starbucks right? The customer service was awesome, the drinks were equally as awesome! My only issue was the wait time, there were only a few people ahead of us but it took about 15-20 minutes to get 3 drinks. But the excellent customer service out weighed that.

I do not shop Starbucks often. I do not like the coffee. As Starbucks go this one is nice. Indoor, no drive thru. Better coffee. Not very large and crowded, perhaps. But to change it would be to ruin it, maybe. How do you clean an old structure without rebuilding and that would probably destroy it for it's present charm.

Intro - I rarely go to Starbucks, but this branch makes me want to go more often. The only thing keeping it from getting 5 stars is the cost. Food - Fails to disappoint. I'm not a huge coffee fan, but Starbucks' coffee is fantastic. The pastries and little sandwiches are great, too. Service - The employees here have always been nice, which is great because every time I go here, it's usually super early in the morning. The have to be there by 4am!! I thought being at my work by 6am was bad... Atmosphere - Very clean. Tables and floor alike. Has a nice coffee smell in the air, too. Cost - The coffee, espresso, and other drinks are reasonable. But the food is expensive, the pastries and the sandwiches. It's a great place for a nice small breakfast, but be prepared to pony up over $10 for it. Summary - This Starbucks is great, and if you go to Starbucks frequently, definitely check out this branch. If you rarely go there like me, then admire the courtesy of the employees but be prepared to pay.
