Richard is amazing. They were working an evening shift with another person who made my mobile order incorrectly. When I got home and realized both of my sandwiches were complete wrong I called and Richard was immediately responsive, kind, understanding, and helpful. They offered me either a refund or I could come in the next day and they would remake my order correctly. Since it was already late I asked if I could come in the next day. When we got there around noon, Richard welcomed us by name and had our original mobile order printed out and ready to go. They were apologetic, and spent quality time making sure our corrected order was satisfactory. We left them a tip and thoroughly enjoyed our sandwiches. Huge thank you to Richard who went above and beyond to make a bad experience, a great one. Richard deserves a raise 🙌

Ordered catering for a meeting today, great service Stephanie called to confirm my order and saved us from a mistake of me not understanding the website fine print. Gold went above and beyond making a second delivery to bring us paper plates even thought that was not a part of our order. We would definitely order here again! Thank you!

Clean store with very friendly staff and prompt service. My order was taken online than I went to the store and picked it up. I noticed that they had performed a Covid-19 pandemic cleaning on the counters and areas around where I visited when I was grabbing my fountain drink. Kudos to the staff for keeping it safe and sanitary at the store.
