Easily the best sushi I’ve had since moving to Portland. The guy working the window and making the sushi was super nice and the food came out fast and in great form. Would certainly recommend if you’re in the area.

I've been here a couple times, at their old location and now they are so close to me! Love the Starry Inari and edamame! My hubby has gotten the mother of dragons roll and reported it's delicious! Love that there is an all vegan sushi truck around! I just wish they had seaweed alternatives. Seaweed tastes like fish to me so I won't be eating a roll until they get some soy or rice paper options.

Creative, delicious, unassuming, and beautifully crafted! A cute food truck with tasty and delicious vegan rolls, oh and their starry inari was truly wonderful. Absolutely worth a visit!
