Taco Bell

From when I used to deliver from this particular location to now, they have always been polite, fast, and more than understanding about order issues and changes. Also the late night workers would give drivers a free drink while they were delivering which was a nice gesture. A+ to the manager and his employees of this Taco Bell.

All was great at this location. Food was tasty well prepared and fresh. The employees were friendly, they greeted me when I came in and when the lady who prepared my food completed the order she immediately brought it to me instead of putting it down for someone else to give it to me. Also a great smile and thank you for coming in came from her. Great food AND customer service. I don't see that very much anymore. Thanks guys!!! Oh yeah.. I tried a new food item the Yellow Bird Nacho Fries. Fantastic!!!!

The drive-thru was actually closed off for some reason by a construction cone, however customers were welcome to come inside and place orders in person or using the kiosk. Delivery services were also allowed to pick up their Door Dashers food etc. They worked VERY hard to make us feel taken care of as they could sense the irritation of many that they had to park and enter the restaurant for their food. Folks seem to associate Taco Bell with drive thru, and it was easy to tell that many had never actually been INSIDE a Taco Bell. 🌮 The employees were patient and directed folks to the kiosks to order which again seemed Greek to most. But each customer seemed to help the following customer navigate the kiosk. And they pumped out our food quickly. Without the drivethru, it was nice to have them make the in restaurant customers the priority. Good job without a drive thru. 5 🌟

We choose this location over the other Pacific Highway location near Fred Meyer, that one is just pretty terrible service. This location is right next to where I work so sometimes I will pop by after and get dinner for my family. They more times than not get our orders right and everything great. I put 3 stars for atmosphere because it is near a very busy road (Pacific Highway) and it can be a bit difficult to order when it's really noisy. Other than that it's awesome and they are right next to a drive thru Papa murphy's which is awesome and always has a line there too. Pizza or burritos/tacos you get your choice.
