My experience at Light Bar was awesome, friendly and welcoming staff that make you feel at ease set alongside a stimulating interplay of lights and music coupled with great food and drinks to please, this place is a great part of the PDX scene.

Bathe in light during Portland's cloudier months at Lightbar. This place has great atmosphere and good snacks too.

Some cool design touches, but coolest at night. Beers are only $3 at Happy Hour! No food deals though, and the menu is pretty small, but nice and healthy options are all pretty well-priced. Just a bit too "coffee-shoppy" in the day. Candlest and glowing mood lighting make the place show in it's most flattering light.

I found this place a few weeks ago and I have been here 3 times since. The first time I went I was stopping in for a quick happy hour beer. The ambience and the vibe there really sold me. Also I saw a bunch of awesome food coming out of there.
So I finally got the opportunity to go and eat at Lightbar and we took our cousin who was visiting from Denver and is a bit of a foodie.
So we ended up ordering 3 items and sharing them family style.
I thought the prices were very cheap here and the ingredients are all selected with care and they are locally sourced and prepared in house.
I would totally recommend this to anybody.

Absolutely phenomenal! Great service. Made to order cocktails. Reasonably priced and delicous food. Very relaxed and family friendly; also an excellent choice for a date. I came here to study, have a cocktail with a salad and fell in love with the place. This is my new, favorite spot!
