Burgerville

Just grateful that if you have issues with gluten or dairy (or in my case, both) but need something on the go you can actually get a burger (with cheese, just sub for their Vegan Pepperjack), fries AND a vegan shake (with WHIP if you feelin' fancy) 👏 (Heads up though, its gonna cost ya, so just hang onto your panties the first time you hear the total.) The staff is also always really cool about the substitutions and I'm grateful they have never once made me feel like the total pain the behind, even though I'm sure it probably is. So kudos to Burgerville for having enough options on the menu to cater to a pretty broad number of food issues, and the staff to provide it in a friendly way. I've also had very few issues with errors, which happens a lot elsewhere.

Stopped in for a late afternoon lunch. We really enjoyed our meal. Some of the things I liked were the fact that the burgers weren’t overly messy. The fries were hot and fresh. The checkout counter service was patient as I looked through the menu as this was my first visit. The inside decor is older but well-maintained and very clean.

I feel that Burgerville as a whole has gone downhill in the past 10 years, but after eating in at this location, I may have to change my mind. I didn't get the cashier's name, but she was very friendly and enthusiastic. It was a nice change from the usual dead-inside, burnt out look you get from fast food employees. The food was excellent as well, and the place was clean.

Not all burgervilles are fast. This one seems to have their act together. It’s a busy street and location, but I never have to wait long. The food is fresh and hot. The onion rings are amazing. I wish they had bigger straw’s because the shakes have large pieces of fruit in them. Not the worst complaint, lol. Over all I would recommend this location. I think this is one of the better ones around. Love the seasonal offerings

Really decent burgers and fries. Nothing really wrong with any of it. The dining area was clean, the bathroom was fine, and had no issues with my order. The burgers didn't stand out above other fast food burgers, but the shakes were pretty good. If I needed a quick bite, I'd say Burgerville is a good choice.

For those from outside the Portland metro area, this is a local burger 🍔 chain. Whenever possible, they try to source locally. The food is decent. Service will vary from location to location. And, it's a fast food burger chain, so the decor isn't much to speak of. It's better than giant national corporate chains.
