Really decent burgers and fries. Nothing really wrong with any of it. The dining area was clean, the bathroom was fine, and had no issues with my order. The burgers didn't stand out above other fast food burgers, but the shakes were pretty good. If I needed a quick bite, I'd say Burgerville is a good choice.
Went for my lunch break on Saturday around 1pm, fast and good service. I forgot to order an extra milkshake for my coworker so I asked to order one at the window after I received my order and they were very accommodating and nice! Food/drinks good as usual!
Just grateful that if you have issues with gluten or dairy (or in my case, both) but need something on the go you can actually get a burger (with cheese, just sub for their Vegan Pepperjack), fries AND a vegan shake (with WHIP if you feelin' fancy) 👏 (Heads up though, its gonna cost ya, so just hang onto your panties the first time you hear the total.) The staff is also always really cool about the substitutions and I'm grateful they have never once made me feel like the total pain the behind, even though I'm sure it probably is. So kudos to Burgerville for having enough options on the menu to cater to a pretty broad number of food issues, and the staff to provide it in a friendly way. I've also had very few issues with errors, which happens a lot elsewhere.
Stopped in for a late afternoon lunch. We really enjoyed our meal. Some of the things I liked were the fact that the burgers weren’t overly messy. The fries were hot and fresh. The checkout counter service was patient as I looked through the menu as this was my first visit. The inside decor is older but well-maintained and very clean.
They have gluten-free buns for there burgers. I've had a few burgers from Burgerville and they are way better than other fast food. The folks in the drive-through were very pleasant.
Place was clean. Had plenty of open tables. We enjoyed the tasty Walla Walla onion rings. Man those are delicious! Wife had the seasonal raspberry lemonade and I had the strawberry milkshake. Both were equally good, hers sour and mine sweet. She got a bacon cheeseburger without lettuce and I enjoyed the half pound colossal burger. It was filling, I had to take about a third home with me and I can tear down a burger. Another pleasant visit, to a new location for us. Till next time Burgerville...
Not all burgervilles are fast. This one seems to have their act together. It’s a busy street and location, but I never have to wait long. The food is fresh and hot. The onion rings are amazing. I wish they had bigger straw’s because the shakes have large pieces of fruit in them. Not the worst complaint, lol.
Over all I would recommend this location. I think this is one of the better ones around.

Simply ordered a burger and drink. They actually use leaf lettuce like the romaine green leaf lettuce. The presentation was great! It is a fast food place but the food presentation looked like and tasted, more like a steak house sit down. Drinks we got ourselves and we were given cups ahead of time so we could get our drinks while waiting for our food.
They were not busy and were pleasant... They have an outdoor patio which was very nice and the tables in the sun had fully functional umbrellas that were not torn it tattered...maybe a bit faded...others it is a nice seating area and room for wheel chairs maybe even the motor driven units and motorized wheelchairs but call to be sure...it is a spacious area. A staff member did come out to check and see if we needed anything and to see how our food was! He was very pleasant and was our cashier when we ordered the food.
Family friendly for sure...no bar at all... Had never been there and must say it was one of the classiest fast food places I have eaten at! They even have their seasonal fried pickles!!!
I feel that Burgerville as a whole has gone downhill in the past 10 years, but after eating in at this location, I may have to change my mind. I didn't get the cashier's name, but she was very friendly and enthusiastic. It was a nice change from the usual dead-inside, burnt out look you get from fast food employees. The food was excellent as well, and the place was clean.
For those from outside the Portland metro area, this is a local burger 🍔 chain. Whenever possible, they try to source locally. The food is decent. Service will vary from location to location. And, it's a fast food burger chain, so the decor isn't much to speak of. It's better than giant national corporate chains.
