The coconut crusted tofu was sooooo good!!!! The whole bowl was so well done in the flavor profile! Very kind staff as well and helpful with suggestions. Pleasantly surprised with how incredibly delicious this cart is!! I’ll definitely be recommending and bringing all my friends back!!

I had the Southwest Sun Rice Bowl with Coconut Chipotle Sauce and 50/50 Black Bean Sweet Potato Hash and Coconut Rum Tofu as the protein. Delicious! I like that they make a point to be accommodating of different diets, they have both meat and vegetarian/vegan options and are allergy friendly (nut-free, egg-free, and shellfish free!). I love fusion food and they did a great job combining both Caribbean and Southwestern flavors.

Generous portions and tasty flavors. I got the coconut tofu on rice with chipotle sauce and found myself in coconut heaven. My partner got the jerk chicken on calypso bread and said it was delicious. Thanks to their mix-and-match menu, we'll definitely be back for more.

Our family had vegan potato hash bowls and everyone was happy with the tasty food. We would like to try the vegan doughnuts next time. Truly recommend!
