I'll be honest, I've only used the drive thru.... food lost a star because they're often out of ingredients for my favorite drink! friendly faces and quick service even if there's a line. don't expect a conversation but they are always friendly here.

We went through the drive-through for coffee and a snack in the late afternoon. The ladies helping us were really nice! I appreciated how patient they were. :)

I gotta admit, I'm a total Dutch Bro's girl! If you look on the map though, Dutch Bro's is about a block South of Starbucks. Dutch Bro's parking lot was JAM PACKED as is common at this particular location. I didn't have the energy to deal with the corralling today so I headed on over to Starbies, besides, my daughter was driving and that's her fave!
There was NO ONE in front of us in the drive-through! WHAT?!?
I ordered a frosty cold iced Caramel Macchiato, a dreamy slice of lemon iced bread, and some egg bites.
Given my druthers, I'd rather see the egg bite a little thinner. Aside from that, it was all perfect, and more important for the morning commute, it was FAST!

Staff is really nice, they have a drive thru but they also have a walk up window to help those that are on foot. Kwassan let me know when redeeming my rewards I could add an extra shot of espresso or anything else, I usually just get the standard skinny vanilla latte.

Our drinks were delic! Made just the way we asked. Yummy taste of espresso. Terrific customer service! Very friendly staff. It's so nice to see smiling faces. ☺

Had a super pleasant experience and great customer service today from a barista named Dash in the drive through! Thank you for my coffee and for brightening my day. Also shout out to Starbucks for finally having oat milk as an alternative milk option.

It would seem that it's been awhile that I've been to this Starbucks.
This Starbucks is follow State Mandates and requirements for COVID. Masks are required, and markers are the floor for social distancing. NO tables are set up for indoor use and NO bathrooms are available. Just order, pick up and go.
For the most part, my drink was ready to go and tastes fine. The staff was friendly, and the place was kept clean.
It meets all the requirements of a Starbucks establishment.

Sam, Shannon, Joanna and the previous staff were all super nice and friendly to me. Relaxing place to get some peace of mind and they all had great attitudes which is a good sign of great customer service. The only things I would suggest for improvement are security (i.e. cameras or private security providers for the area).
