Mcdonald's

Drive through took my order correctly and had receipt to prove it, but the people handling the hand off window had no clue what was going on, paid for 3 hash browns and received none, luckily I hadn't left yet and let them know, but then after getting back and fully checking my food, they gave me someone else's order, 3 completely incorrect breakfast sandwiches different then what I ordered, what kind of monster orders a mcgriddle with just sausage on it and nothing else?

Truthfully I haven't been inside a McDonald's in a long time. Always use the drive through. This time I had to go inside due to auto problems. I understand some places are short handed but I stood there waiting for 16min while 2 different workers looked at me several times but said nothing. It seems drive through was more important then me. Plus it seems pointless if you use those order machines when your using cash. You still have to get in line and pay. At least that was what it looked like while I sat there at a table with order numbers on it that made me wonder where I'm supposed to sit at. Very confusing trip to McDonald. I understand things are crazy right now. I'm a patient man and the food was fresh and good. 3⭐

So random craving right!!!!! The food was good, fairly standard mcds. Fries were 8/10, hubby's drink was 2/3full, but the McFlurry.... No, I did not take one bite of this before this photo. Didn't ruin my day, but not giving 5 stars for that one. Would have gone back through, but the line wasn't worth it honestly, the fries would have been cold. The staff was friendly and gave a happy amount of sauces and napkins.

They have ok food the coffee is never got like it says on the cup and they never put the lid on right so it comes off and even though the coffee isn't hot it still burns. Then the coffee is never fresh it's like they scrape the bottom of the cup. Going thru the drive thru you get faster service then if you go inside.

Always a long wait . Hamburgers always raw in the middle and rude night time employee especially the teenagers and nighttime male ( looks 16) night time manager. They park the drive thru consistently at night for 20 plus minutes people have to line up at the door to get the food only to have the employees come out amd say what do u guys want .. like we want our food we have been waiting for DUH. SO RUDE . would not recommend this place to anyone seriously go somewere else.

Only doing two stars because I’m nice but tell me why it’s only drive thru and order through the app? Not dine in . I was with my family and we took time taking the kids out and walking up to the door where by the way there wasn’t any signs saying it’s not dine in . 😒😒😒 Plus when we ordered food it was cold never again.
