Found Aunt Tellie's on Yelp. A hidden gem with originality and great food. Located in the Hollywood District in a old furniture store turned boutique mall. Very nice people and great prices. The potato salad was made fresh and the sandwich was quality, pure and simple..

Best place to get a sandwich in the Hollywood district.

Amazing hidden gem! My husband got the special and I got the Reuben. Both were phenomenal! Both sandwiches had the perfect amount of toppings and dressing and were toasted to perfection. Macaroni salad was delicious as well. It has that delicious classic homestyle flavor to it as if your grandma had made it for you. The staff were very friendly and kind. What a great little sandwich spot! We will certainly be coming back here!

Pretty good sandwich here. Was in the neighborhood so thought I'd try it. It's in a two floor vendor type of mall, called 42nd Street Station. With little knick knack shops, a postal service store and so forth. Kinda like an antiques mall but inexpensive stuff. Very dated, probably been there for decades. The sandwich was fine, nothing very special. I'd go here again, but probably wouldn't search it out unless in the neighborhood.

One of Portland's most notable Businesses, currently, that we still have here. With the ivy growth reaching roughly 30ft, I would consider this business as almost Historic, if nothing else: cherished I would hope Portland would invest more (in monthly checks paying off the current Owner) as the Society of Portland's Community, who largely, grossly consider this Business as a Landmark, entrust that Our Govt. Officials truly support the City. any possible Wealth in sustaining the Community that we so Proudly raise live and work for. Three (3) Cheers for many, many more notable Years to come! You're Our Best Business! (to me)

Wistful for newness? Craving exotic familiarity? Longing for the creative mundanity of novel nostalgia? Stop by 42nd Street Station and peruse the treasures lurking within! If you regret a single moment, I will help you repair your door or gate, whichever the police have damaged in their wrong-address no-knock raid of your cousin's mom's best friend's apartment.

Reliably fantastic sandwiches! Sides and desserts were great too. Service was friendly and prompt, space was clean and the other stores in the mall were really interesting too.

Very old school Portland deli. All of the food has a “homemade” feel to it because all of the food is “homemade.” The specials are great, as are the deli salads. They serve RC, which only adds to the old school vibe. The service is also good. Lunch on a Thursday is quite busy, but the employees seem to weather the crowds with grace.

I popped into Aunt Tillie’s because I had a fantastic Great Aunt Tillie- a teacher who used to send my mother’s letters back corrected with red ink. Regardless, the sandwiches are divine and I couldn’t ask for better service than I got from Ruby. I know it was your first day Darlin, but you are rockin’ it. 10/10 would recommend

This place is a true hidden gem of Portland, I ordered the BLT it was beyond my imagination, crispy perfect bacon, coleslaw moist enough to compliment the sandwich but now overwhelming to soggy the sourdough, fresh ingredients, and the mayo mixture was so good put that **** on everything, it's quiet and and spacious, parking can be a little problem so I hope you like waking, I will be back to try the rest of the menu

Solid deli with great sandwiches and soups. Kind of a weird setting, but interesting and unique inside for sure! Friendly staff. Great quick lunch spot.
