Late evening needed to order food for the family on the app because we didn’t have time to cook. Told me it would be 30 minutes for delivery then it moved up to 45 minutes, then up to an hour. But after an hour the store closed without notifying me that they would not be delivering my food, After no issues with taking my money of course.So here I am with a hungry family trying to figure out what to do now for dinner. They didn’t have any problem taking my money, and trying to reach customer service is almost impossible very unfriendly to users. They would not answer their phone even though I called them before they closed to see what was taking so long, and now I have to spend time trying to get back my money. What a joke, never this subway again and frankly probably never subway again.

I went there this morning at 9:20 and they were not open. This is ridiculous I go here all the time but they never want to be open in the morning when they say they are bad business operation.

This store was disgusting!!! There were hand & fingerprints all over the door & windows. It looked like they had not been cleaned for a very long time. A lady that worked there (who the employees refer to as their manager), was sitting at a table in the eating area and had 3 or 4 small children running all over the store and screaming! The children had water cups that they kept refilling at the soda machine and then they would drink out of it and stick it right back up to refill it again! It was in no way sanitary! While the boy behind the counter was making my sandwich, he kept yelling across the room at the kids. He was playing and joking with them but it was so unprofessional. I have been to this subway store many times before and it has never been the cleanest store but after tonight's experience I will never return to this location!! Very disgusted!

I am giving it a 3 star because of lack of customer service and cleanliness. I have worked for subway for many years and know that an employee is required to greet the customer as soon as you walk in. I feel like it’s an inconvenience that I came in almost feel unwelcomed. Second reason I gave it 3 stars I literally watched an employee sweep the lobby make me wait then come to make my sandwich and just put on gloves WITHOUT washing there hands. Management is doing a poor job of training their employees.

Worst Subway in the area. Asked for a Turkey, Bacon, Guac wrap. They said they’re out of bacon. I said that’s fine. They proceed to make it without guacamole. I ask doesn’t it come with guacamole, it’s in the title of the menu item. The lady said she didn’t think so. I abandoned the order.
While I was there they tried to force an ingredient on an older gentleman who had to raise his voice to tell them to not add the sauce that he didn’t want. Even then they tried putting the sauce on.
I’ve never seen such robotic behavior at a Subway.
