The friendliest, sweetest, and most down to earth place to get exceptional coffee, drinks, and food. The bakers here are as good as the batistas (& often the same!). You can't go wrong with any of the baked goods on offer & the espresso also 👌 🤌

Quaint and cool coffee shop with great drinks, sandwiches, and amazing baked goods. Several items for sale from local makers, too... some nice jewelry and Space Monkey merch.
Fast service and a really friendly barista made a great mocha and bagel sandwich.
Nice, chill space to hang out and have coffee, snacks, or to study.

This was my first go to coffee place when I moved to Portland and it's still my favorite. Nice local vibe and the sandwiches are delicious. Buy a shirt ! :-)

Cozy neighborhood coffee shop offering bagels, sandwiches, baked goods, smoothies, espresso, and more.
My favorite are the curried chicken sandwich, monkey tail smoothie, and in my opinion they make the best spicy chai latte in town.

Their coffee and espresso drinks are delicious, food is yummy and thoughtfully prepared (I really enjoy the French toast panini), and the atmosphere is cozy and cute. I also really appreciate that they have a wide variety of gluten free options for baked goods and sandwiches.

If you're here for perfect artisanal coffee, you're at the wrong shop. Space Monkey is great. It feels like you're in the friendliest living room. The baristas know the regulars by name, everyone shares the chargers for their computers, the prices are SOOOO CHEAP. It's a lovely place to get work done and to know your community. Great vegan options, creative pastries, and great soups!

The cutest cafe I have been to in a while. The menu has things for straight coffee lovers and also fun items for boogie drinks. I got a lavender latte, the best I've had in a while. The milk temp was perfect, and the flavor was the right amount of sweetness without overpowering. The brewed coffee had two options, and the medium dark was robust without crossing the bridge into a full dark.
The food was made super fast, and while I haven't been able to try it yet, I'm sure I won't be disappointed. 13/10 would recommend.
