Best Vietnamese food in town...hands down. I've eaten most everything on the menu and it's all good. My favorite is 401P. I get it weekly.

I only eat from Pho Green once a month or so, but it's always good! I'm all about eating good food that's consistent and for the last 3 years, I've never had a bad experience

Ordered fresh spring rolls (big!) and tofu pho in beef broth, shared with another person. It was so delicious! Lots of regulars came in while I was there. I can't wait to go there again.

12/12/2018: 4.0 out of 5 - I came here with my Wednesday Running Group after a grueling run at the Tilikum Bridge and the West Bank of Portland.
The restaurant is quaint, cozy, and clean with a nice glow about it. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, and informative to those in the group.
The food was made to order and came out the way it is meant to be served. It was good for the most part. Always room for improvement. Not much selection when it came to beer choices, which is fine. No wine available.
Pho Green Papaya has been its location for some time now. It's a good neighborhood Pho restaurant in a great business location.
If ever in the neighborhood or looking for good Pho or other Asian dishes, then I'd suggest checking Pho Green Papaya. Try it out once and decide for yourself.

This place has been consistently excellent for years. Barely raising the prices in the last ten years. Customer service is A1. Clean, warm, welcoming atmosphere. Cool joint with the best Pho in Portland.

Love this place. I had the Veggie Pho with Beef Stock. Was delicious! Also had veggie egg rolls that looked like what I would call deep fried Spring Rolls. However, their spring rolls are the fresh ones in rice paper...All good, just caught me off guard. My friend got the BiBimBop which looked and tasted amazing! Can't wait to go back and enjoy the Thai iced tea and bubble teas. The service was friendly and quick.

This was not our first choice but we wanted some good Vietnamese food and the other reviews sounded good so...
Upon pulling up we were a little worried. 8pm on a Friday night and not a car in the parking lot. We were promptly greeted and seated and the food was good, the place was clean, so no complaints. The Pho broth was tasty and the other dishes we tried were good. Not amazing, but definitely good. For the price, you can't go wrong here.

Excellent food! The quality is outstanding! The gyoza dumplings and the veggie rolls are fantastic. Ordered the chicken and lemongrass with veggies and it was delicious! The staff is very welcoming!

It was my first time there and I really enjoyed my chicken Pho I asked if they can bring it with just a little bit of the chicken breast and they did just that really great place. And if you have broth leftover and you need some more noodles they only charged a dollar most people charge 2 3 4 5

Food is on point. Few places better in Portland for pho. Esplanade upgrade is going to make this place a hit. Just need better chopsticks
