What a great find!
Being from south Texas authentic Chinese food is hard to find.
While in Portland we definitely found an excellent spot to eat.
The dinner combo we ordered fed two adults and a 3 year old.
The food is delicious.
The service is excellent!
Overall very clean and comfortable

I went to their restaurant for the first time. I think fried rice and noodles are delicious. Although there are few restaurant waiters, the service is in place.

The best Chinese food in Portland. I always order takeout and it is never disappointing. Generous portions and filled with flavor. Highly recommended this place. Will be back to order again.

ate here a few times, I usual get the mongolian beef, very good. The restaurant is alway very clean and staff is very nice, I love their food.

Nice staff at the front desk. Portion size pretty big for the price! The orange beef was so good. It comes with white rice, you should upgrade to pork fried rice for only $1. But it is real worth of your money.

I ordered online for take out, the food was ready when I arrived! I always get the family meal it has a good variety of different items. BBQ pork, fried rice, chicken subgum ,crab puffs, sweet and sour chicken everything was so delicious. The sauce for the sweet and sour chicken is on point! I Love Mr. Chen's.

This place is a hidden gem!!!! The food 10/10. The portion sizes are HUGE.. with 1 meal for 17.99 you can feed 2 adults!! The 2 lady's at the front are so sweet and we're very attentive and there was alot of Togo orders but they still got everyone in and out quickly and got our food ready quickly...

One of my favorite Chinese restaurants. Every experience I've had here has been a good one. The food is always consistent and fresh and hot when we order it for take out. Portions are big and plentiful. The wonton soup has homemade dumplings and I can make a meal just from the soup. We order here very often. Highly recommend!

I got an advertisement in the mail and ordered on Saturday since I’m stuck at home deep cleaning my house. My kids were hungry so I went online and loved how easy the process was. The website has pictures so it shows what the food looks like. The delivery was really fast and I’m almost 4 miles away. The food was still hot and the food was great!
