This was my first visit to Burgerville. I had a Bacon cheese burger and strawberry milkshake. I went there expecting a better quality of hamburger sandwich than other cheaper fast food restaurants. I wasn't disappointed! Every part was was better

The restaurant was clean and not to loud for a burger joint. The food is always tasty, but I think the portions are getting smaller. I love the grass-fed option, but it is tougher than the regular patty. The gluten-free bun is delicious and stays together well; such a treat to have a real America

Shake was great. It was chocolate hazelnut and it was delicious. Cheeseburgers were good but could’ve been hotter same with the french fries they were good but they could’ve been hotter. Parking was easy. The wait staff were very friendly and efficient.

This is great food. High quality ingredients. The staff is always pretty helpful.
My one complaint is the meat is always too cooled down. For that reason, I try to get the specialty burger. I'm guessing it's because they have to cook it to order because it's grass-fed beef. So it's served hot.
