Subway

This location takes the national coupons/the coupons that come in the mail which cannot be said about several other Subways in Portland. I usually order on the app and pick it up in the store. I've never had an issue and the employees are always kind- the older gentleman with long hair is especially good with customer service. My order is always ready by the time it says its going to be ready in the app.

After much time avoiding this franchise, I figured it was time to give them another chance. I'm still not impressed. As soon as you enter, I gotta admit the customer service has stepped up. The guy gave me suggestions of what to put on my sandwich despite subway having taken some ingredients away to make their sandwich better. Options were a bit better once the guy made the sandwich different than what subway has it. So decent sandwich for lunch. This location is where I would only go because of the no lines and way better customer service.

Predictable. I eat at Subway when I need a meal quickly. I know exactly what I will be getting. I like the chicken wraps. There is a generous portion of chicken. Too much for me do I always ask for less. I add spinach, tomatoes, onions, lettuce, pepper, oil and vinegar and a touch of honey mustard. Yum! Great meal in a hurry and perfect for on the road.

The new guy thats working here most nights is friggen awesome and deserves a raise! Been there 3 times now and everytime he is beyond amazing. Amazing attitude, quick, not forgetful, awesome recommendations, goes out of his way. And last night i sent my son up there to get some subs cause i have a broken leg and my son had me on the phone to tell him what i wanted... This guy... Bless his heart.. He put me in video chat and walked me threw the line and made me the best sammich ever. He deserves a raise & praise 🙏 💚

First time at this Subway. Parking was intimidating at first. Very slow Sunday at noon. Appears that the parking lot is shared by 4 restaurants? Staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a foot long Spicy Italian take out. Store was clean. The only reason for the "4" is because I'm worried about the parking during prime hours. Most of my parking pics didn't turn out

given that Subway is a chain of restaurants, the only real question is how much this one is better or worse than the typical Subway. The answer is it's about average so if you like Subway this place will do. This particular establishment is a little bit out of the way to be honest. Might be take a little bit of looking to actually find the place.
