I want to thank the staff for explaining the parking garage payment system when I came in because I thought $1.50 would be enough for 15 minute parking. You all are awesome human beings! Awesome baristas and awesome atmosphere! Next time I am in Portland, I am gonna get coffee from here and leave a bigger tip than I could afford today!

A splendid establishment, indeed! Upon entry I was set upon by pleasantries, truly, I felt welcome. I explained the caffeinated elixir I had envisioned, the mage nodded as she took note into a box of lights and sounds. We bartered not, for her stated price was fair. Through the magic of digital conveyance, coin was sent sparkling through the ethers. Upon receipt of funds, a second mage made my coffee an it was delicious. Thankful it helped me regain my normal, modern day tongue. I brain is a mess until I get that first bit of coffee. Thankful I stopped wearing robes and cloaks last year. 😜👍🏽🧙🙉🐅

They remodeled this store in the last year or two. Seems like there is less sitting space. The materials used for the remodel seem modern and worth the investment. I really don't patronize Starbucks stores myself but do go in them with friends.

The Irish Creme Cold Bree and Chicken & Bacon sandwich were fantastic! But the customer service even more so! I had to do several different orders Starbucks rewards accounts (some of which were super complicated) and the cashier (Serenity I think her name was) was super sweet, patient, and helpful! Definitely my favorite Portland location!

Fast service and friendly staff. Definitely a busy location, but wait times are reasonable even without mobile order. Very nice (more recently remodeled than many I believe) interior with good seating for a location of this size.

I can't understand such a low rating...
This is one of the most comfortable (and sometimes busy) Starbucks' I've ever been too. The people here are so amazingly friendly, They do their absolute best when lines get long. I've only had 1 mistake drink due to a mishap in communication, and they fixed it right away. The people here are awesome, and there's so much room to hang out inside and outside.

Always a tolerant and vibrant crowd here. Even when the lobby was packed with the teeming yearning masses of Black Friday the staff held it together and kept the drinks coming fast, smiling if they had any room internally to emote at all.

Its nice not being treated like scum for using an empty chair outside, while my friends got coffee. Its an entirely new experience for sure. I even got a smoke in ;). Now they just need to add CBD hemp oil and force management to drink it every day. They would be so much more empathetic to employees and customers. You guys bring in SO much business. No reason to not embrace the current economics that surround us and let people relax. Its an amazinf synergy

Chairs were taken out along window inside (common at Starbucks since new policy was put in), homeless sit at big table now. It's in a good location, outside seating is good when it's not too cold or hot. Overall it's good.
