Bandito Taco

So i was greeted by the friendliest lady and walked thru my order which consisted of PERSIAN food and some tacos. Ended up with a kotlet sandwich and beef corn soft tacos.. AMAZING THE BREAD was great and the flavors were strong. I missed alot.of the Persian community in California and the food. I plan to take my wife here tomorrow night. - Took my wife here and The dolmeh took my wife back to fond childhood memories. Probably best date night in a while she loved all the different food we tried.. dolmeh , polo morgh and the salsa and tzatziki

Been coming here for little over a decade. Always had great service here. Yes you do order at a counter but everything is made fresh to order right behind the counter and they bring your order to your table if you dine in. Anywhere from 5-10 mins depending on the size of the order so not too long of a wait. The salsa is so good too. Tons of flavor and just the right amount of spice to it to where it’s not overwhelming. I usually get the cheese enchiladas combo with a Mexican coke but they do offer other drinks as well as ice water. Enchiladas have a choice between mild (red) and spicy (green) sauce and of course your filling. It does come with olives but I always ask for them to be left off. Decent amount of setting plus some tables outside for nice days. Definitely worth a try.

Why aren't more businesses as friendly as these guys? They seem really happy and pleased that you're there. I'm waiting on my food and really hope it's good so this can stay a 5 star! Consumed. Is there better Mexican food in the great food city of Portland? Yes, I'd be lying if I said no... but I go here constantly because the people that run the place are human beings and not robots. Really fun people at that!

I ate multiple times here. It is hit and miss. Customer service is excellent. Persian food is authentic, but sometimes, all menu items are not available. Mexican food is ok ( other Mexican restaurants like Mazatlan are better). I ordered tacos. Vegetarian taco was a small burrito. Salsa is always good .

Such a gem of a place and privately owned. Same people always working hard with a smile. Very fresh food. They accommodate my vegan requests no problem, I love their salsa, which you can also buy and take home, but they are always generous with giving you little salsa cups with your meal. And they have fun specials on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (Wednesday is a gyro special). If you haven't yet, consider giving them a try!
