Casa Vacca Italian - Portland - Photo album

Really nicely prepared small plates. Out in good order and solid preparation and presentation. Varied selection with good vegetarian options. Wonderful service that was attentive and warm. Cozy setting with decent music playing. Only downside was the cafeteria level utensils. Would be better held wi
Came here with a group on a busy Saturday night, they graciously squeezed us in. The food was good, tapas style so tried a lot of things. Server was pleasant and fun. Would come back!
BRUNCH! Get here before the whole neighborhood finds out! Starts at 10. No wait. Great service. Exciting drink menu. Food was amazing! I want to come back and try everything! Tres Leche French toast was to die for!
We have been in a couple of times now. They changed their menu which in my opinion was a very smart move. Transitioning to a tapas style, higher end experience was genius. It was a more social experience also. Service as always was great. The owner came out and chatted. Food was incredible. Southwes
We really enjoyed our evening and dinner at Casa Vaca. Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. We went expecting traditional Mexican fare based on the listing photos (burritos, nachos), and found out it turned into a tapas-style bistro about 6 months ago. The experience shift was well worth it. The
This romantic little spot is my favorite place to share a special meal ( or drinks ) their food is exceptional and their drinks are delicious...and strong. I had the chop cesar, calamari and prosciutto arugula pizza tonight, it was more then enough for two people. The calamari was especially good. T
My husband and I have been here several times after moving to the area and this is our favorite spot, hands down. We pledge to always try one new dish (tapas) every time we go, and it is always phenomenal. Whether you want something lighter like the chopped Caeser or heavier like steak or ravioli, i
Fresh, flavorful, delicious food. Lively and friendly atmosphere.
Nice intimate bistro with delicious tapas. We had gnocchi, beet salad, and fig crostini. Everything was on point. Service was fast and friendly. The margarita was refreshing with fresh lime juice. Highly recommend!
Always a good time coming here. The food is delicious (I personally recommend the shaved cauliflower and the poplettes), the drinks are tasty, and their happy hour offers great prices if you're on a budget. Staff is always friendly, as well. One of my favorite places to celebrate small victories.
Very impressed by this place. It is an Italian tapas style restaurant. We came in for my mom's birthday. For four adults we ordered the Caprese salad, the Caesar salad, the Polenta Cakes, the Ravioli, the Calamari the Meatballs and the Lamb. It was all very tasty. We also ordered the chocolate mo
We stopped by to get some Nachos to go. They were hopping, but, we got our order quickly, The Nachos were delicious. We did ask for no peppers, they missed that, but no big deal, overall the food was fresh and delicious and will frequent this place. Looking forward to many tasty meals.
Wow! Can't believe it took me so long to go here, especially living in the village. We had 3 dishes that came out bigger than I expected, and boy were we full! The chanterelle crostini special was absolutely incredible.. actually everything we had was! Amazing food and the service was great! Will 10
We just had dinner there tonight. Great atmosphere, service, and food. Had the drink special, nachos, and taco plate. The Yelp reviews have it all wrong. Prices are reasonable, and food is tasty. Go to Chevy's if you want a cheesy salt bomb. We will be back for sure.
Great little place in Multnomah - I've always wanted to go in, and definitely glad I did! Great happy hour menu with Italian tapas. The deviled eggs and avocado toast were top notch! Will definitely be back for a happy hour with friends or a great date night in the future.
This place is nice. It's small, but not cramped. It's well-lit. The food is pretty good; all my family agreed. However, it's a little more expensive than most Mexican restaurants. Think like $1-2 more per item. And it's more of an American-styled restaurant serving Mexican food. Also, they don't ser
