Atlas Pizza

In the last 10 years or so, Southeast Portland has become a wonderful place to get pizza by the slice. Whether you're on Division, Foster, or watching a Pickles baseball game, Atlas has become an integral part of this delightful development. The Division location has pinball, to add to the ambiance, making it a nice place to either wait for an order to-go, or just to enjoy yourself while dining in. Like many pizza spots during pandemic times, Atlas does not currently open until 4:00 PM. I'm looking forward to being able to get lunchtime slices again. The beer selection here isn't huge, but a recent houseguest called after his visit to ask what we had to drink at Atlas, so the beverage experience will be as pleasant as the pizza side of the equation. ------------ April 2023 Just a quick update - the pandemic seems to have made a lasting negative effect on the general availability of pizza by the slice. Atlas remains a strong choice, though I believe they still don't open until 4:00 PM. So, lunchtime slices remain difficult to find these days.

The pizza was decent, staff friendly. My man and I were enjoying our meal while some lady continued 30 minutes to try and get my man’s attention, trying all sorts of flirting tactics lol. Needless to say, her efforts failed miserably. Clearly this place attracts some dive bar people. I’ll just get it to go next time. Love the 80s music playing in the background.

Pizza is great. Dough is perfect. The many vegan options make Atlas stand out from a lot of the other pizza places in the area. Only reason I’m taking off 1 star is because the pickup estimate time was 20 minutes later than when the pizza was actually ready, so by the time I got there the pizza had been sitting for a while. Not a big deal, I know it’s not easy to estimate times for a big kitchen. I’ll be returning.

If you're searching for the best BBQ chicken pizza in Portland (or anywhere in my opinion), look no further! The sauce is incredible with a little kick, the chicken is tender and plentiful, and the bacon gives the best smoky kiss. Hot tip - chop up some fresh cilantro and sprinkle it over a slice. You're welcome. And thank you Atlas!

This was an impulse visit while my partner and I were walking around Portland and boy, was it worth it. Gigantic slices of really good pizza, and lots of classic arcade machines peppered around the dining area. We're pinball enthusiasts, so it was a nice surprise to find a new place to play. The beers on tap were good, too!

Atlas Pizza deliciously defies the laws of pizza by making a vegan pizza that's so damn good I'd choose it over all other pizza, vegan or not. I mean. It's just always a great slice with thoughtful flavours and it's obvious they care a lot about it. The sauce to topping ratio is perfection and the crust has that good elasticity while still being thin and crispy. The place itself has a cheerful punk vibe, plays good music, the staff are all helpful and seem happy and invested. I have a serious dairy allergy and I have never had a problem with cross contamination, and ( this is very key info) the garlic knots are vegan! *The interior is not wheelchair accessible ( there are stairs just inside the door ).

Craved pizza and this place was near by. After my first visit couldn’t wait to come back. Love the slices to go, and they are huge for good price. Like that they serve to go on paper plates for easy composting. They have cool deals for different days of the week. Atmosphere is hip! Pinball machines, video games, and variety of sizes of tables are all nice. Wish they had mentioned how long the wait would be when I ordered large pizza to go, but I’ll know for next time. Super friendly staff too. Highly recommend!
