Consistent in my Experience
I work downtown and with pandemic times, it's hard to find a good sandwich downtown these days.
I have been so HAPPY with my past 3 orders at Theo's Deli. FAT chewy slices of bacon, good quantity of turkey, and consistent quality. Dagwood style.
I like that you get to chose your bread type.
I like that they know how to make a classic fat BLT with turkey without feeling the need to add a bunch of weird stuff. Good classic sandwiches.

This spot is a gem!! My husband and I go regularly for breakfast and Theo's has never disappointed. The house breakfast is my usual choice--2 eggs, bacon or sausage, hashbrowns, and toast for all of 5.00. The eggs are always perfectly cooked, they do my bacon extra crispy as requested, and the potatoes and toast the perfect accompaniment. My husband orders the waffle sandwich with sausage egg and cheese. It is the perfect balance of sweet and savory. Along with the great food, the staff are amazing and make you feel welcome no matter how busy they are. Even when very busy the food is delivered in a short amount of time, and the inside of the restaurant is clean and inviting. Highly highly recommended!!!

Fast, fresh, and delicious. I was laid over in Portland and went looking for a place to eat lunch. Stopped at Theo’s and now I’m already looking forward to my next visit. I had a Philly cheesesteak with fries. The bread was extremely fresh, and the fries were done perfectly. You could easily save half the sandwich for later, but it was so good I ate the whole thing. I have no regrets.

Really great location close to the water. The food is excellent and plenty of choices to choose from. The menu ranges from breakfast to dinner, with plenty of veggie options as well. There are all kinds of drinks to choose from too. The music and decor set a really laid back vibe. Also there is seating near the front that is perfect for people watching .

Really good spot for breakfast even though they sell more than breakfast options. This breakfast sandwich was amazing We visited from out of state and actually came here twice for this sandwich, would recommend to try out.

I cannot say enough how tasty the food is here. I stop often on my way home. The Theo burger calls to me. Prices are amazingly low for what you get. Great access with parking right across the street too.

Enjoyed Philly cheese steak and French dip over here before going next door and the food was great! Food came out quickly and the fries were crisp and fresh along and the sandwiches filled us up

Had been looking for a quick bite and ducked in here- We were not dissapointed. Enjoyed the Chicago Dog with potato salad for $5.00. Excellent price for a meal that hit the spot!
