Relish Gastropub

The people, food and service are 5 star. Atmosphere/ambience is loud but just people having fun (there is, after all, an Italian influence here). One suggestion: Make the House Manhattan neat, not on the rocks. 2 ice cubes and stir, pour into chilled glass with 1 cherry. Same price $9 is OK with that adjustment. One caution caveat: portions are small, poor value for the $$$.

This restaurant and staff are the best I have encountered in a long time! From the moment we entered with our large group, the owner (?) led us to the enclosed heated patio and started moving tables and chairs for us. The biggest thing for me was I was super excited for a slider on their happy hour menu from their website, but wasn't on their current menu, but they made it for me anyway. It was delicious (could have used some aioli), but they were so awesome to do that for me. We ordered so many things off of the happy hour many and they all were amazing that we kept ordering more. We were happily stuffed after that meal. Thank you!

they were pretty cool about us hanging out there on their steps while they were opening, and we got two spacebags from the QFC, and then we caught our southbound outta brooklyn yard that same night. portland hospitality can suck real bad a lotta times, so five stars for the chillness. didn't get to try the food tho.

We had an enjoyable meal here with friends. Such a courteous staff and the cocktails were amazing. I ordered the wedge salad with shrimp. Unfortunately the shrimp were not completely cooked. And I found it odd that they added garbanzo beans and peppers? Although in didn’t like my meal, the bruschetta app was truly delicious. We will definitely go back.
