Lela's Bistro

My husband and I came by for dinner. We ordered a noodle bowl with lemongrass chicken, the bulgogi banh mi, egg rolls, and Thai ice coffee. Everything was absolutely delicious! The food was filling while still being lite. The egg rolls were hot and fresh. The bread used for the banh mi was fluffy with a crispy crust. Overall, it was a delicious dinner.

I don’t even know where to start. The food here is absolutely amazing, we tried the BBQ Pork Banh Mi which was absolutely delicious, even their broth is delicious! To pair with your favorite foods they have a combination of both in house drinks and popular brands but I tell you what, their mint tea… absolutely incredible, had me wanting to go back for more food and drinks! To top it all off… Every employee was absolutely so sweet and genuine with their service that it really tied together the experience and feeling like you’re not only welcome, but like you’re at home. Speaking of home! The ambience of this restaurant is absolutely incredible, it was the cutest location to go for on a date! 10/10 would recommend to all my friends and family. So much authenticity goes into the food and culture here.

Excellent dining experience at Lela's Bistro. Thai food done right. You sense that everything is prepared fresh, the made-to-order vibe is supported by the tantalizing aromas and the endless churn of customers picking up their takeout and filling up the indoor and patio seating areas. So delicate. The atmosphere is perfect for a date, a quiet conversation with a delightful cocktail, and some intimacy. Rhyn was a wonderful bartender who had heart for the place, well worth it!! The mezcal cocktail won my partners heart; it’s a little spicy. The gin/vodka martini drink was perfectly blended with soft flavors. Highly recommend

Noodle bowl ⭐⭐⭐⭐ - good for a hot day - got the pork belly but didn't love it as much as the pork bbq - loved the peanuts Bahn mi with pork bbq ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - adored the baguette - the pork bbq was perfect - the veggies were so fresh and crisp Mint limeade ⭐⭐⭐⭐✨ - it was exactly what I needed - it's so refreshing

My family went here to celebrate my Mom's bday recently. The place is very popular and they generally don't do reservations but they made an exception for us. I really appreciate that as my folks are getting older and it is harder for them to wait inline in order to get a seat. The restaurant is in a converted house with a very noticeable red door. When we sat down at our table my dad made the comment that this would only be authentic Vietnamese if the grandma was working the kitchen... well come to find out the business was sold but the grandma still comes in to work! She was there that evening helping make most of the food. Speaking of food, the food here is excellent. Portion sizes are decent and filling, and prices are in line for the area. The flavors are wonderful and the menu variety caters to all sorts of diets. In my family we have a variety of diet preferences from a vegetarian, to one who only eats meats, to healthy balanced and one who who can't eat pretty much anything due to a gut issue. In every case they were able to accommodate us. Overall Lela's delivered a fantastic meal for my mother's bday. You don't have to have a special occasion to come here but just a want for some good Vietnamese cooking.

My mom and I went to Lela's on a sunny Saturday afternoon and had the best meal. We ordered the lemongrass spring rolls, vegitarian pho, and beef pho. The beef pho was incredible and the spring rolls were the best I've ever had. My mom liked the vegitarian pho also and we split the spring rolls. The peanut sauce was very good and the rolls were tender and delicious. We also loved the space inside and the outdoor seating was very popular. Thank you Grandma Lela's Kitchen!
