The food is good breakfast fare. I had french toast combo. This consisted of french toast, eggs, and sausage. Service was fast and friendly. Reasonably priced.

My wife and i went here for the first time for breakfast. The food was decent, but what makes me write a review is the cinnamon rolls. These are hands down the best in portland - they come out piping hot, the dough is the perfect consistency and (this might be a personal preference) they are heavy on the cinnamon so it has a nice spice flavor instead of just pure sweetness.

Love this place. Great price for the portions and always good service. Always temping to call my Dad for breakfast. Irish Benny is my fave. Had lunch there recently! Just as good as breakfast. Owner is hands on and truly cares about the cafe. You can taste the passion!

For us, Fat City Cafe is a destination since we live on the East side. We come here for a post church Sunday breakfast occasionally. The food is very good.
The servers are uniformly witty.
The cafe maintains a healthy family atmosphere. There is a road sign from Galway which stands out among the numerous collected items.

I’ve loved this place since 1999.
Allie and the crew were running the place today while we stopped in for brunch. Everything was perfect. Our breakfast was so hot and delicious.
My brain was so happy to be in that time and space with Allie.
