This is one of the best parks in Oregon. I love walking, running, and discovering the whole park with my friends. I could find anything I love in this park: Designated routes, fresh clean air, many beautiful and gigantic trees, a nice reservoir. I would love coming to this park every day

Easy and accessible walking path (paved). There are plenty of dirt paths to choose from. Our outing was foggy so we couldn’t see Portland.

Find a bench and watch the sunset over the city at the duck and turtle pond and the owls are a hoo-hootin. There's also a giant off leash dog park, there's trails through the trees galore, there's tree forts, picnic spots and there's mushies growing everywhere if you know where to look!!. Don't be rude and bother them though, the volcano gods enjoy their mycelium and they might seek revenge as it is an active volcano.

One of the best parks in Portland and one of the best parks in the United States. This being free of charge to the public and having a car free zone makes it's so accessible and enjoyable. Biking up to the top is fun as well!

Great park with some paved and dirt paths. Some elevation on certain paths. Reaching the top of Mt Tabor Park is relatively easy and you might even miss it lol.
Nice views of the PDX fall foliage when looking in the direction of the reservoirs. There's a view of Mt Helens near the visitor center and children's playground otherwise it's usually hidden behind clouds.
The reservoirs can be empty or not depending on the time of year. There's a visitor center to learn more about the parks and reservoirs .
Dogs are allowed.
Parking is limited but not too difficult if you go on a weekday.

Beautiful park! Has everything- great views, trails everywhere, playgrounds and picnic areas, bathrooms and tennis courts, a visitors center and amphitheater, and history as well! Loved it

But seriously, the view of the city is really cool, even if a little far away. The trails are well marked and clear. There are a lot of paved pathways for wheelchair, etc, accessibility. Lots of lawn areas to spread out on a blanket and chill and read and enjoy the day.

Came here to see the views while visiting Portland. I missed the sunset, but was still able to catch some nice evening views and pictures.
It was dark walking up, but after about 5-10 minutes, you'll get to the main reservoir. This area had nice ambient lighting and sitting benches that overlook the reservoir and the city. There were many people sitting in the grass and a few musicians throughout the area, but not overlapping each other.
Was a nice place to come and enjoy the views in a peaceful setting.

Pretty nice park. There are some good walking trails; mostly paved. It’s a dog friendly park. There are restrooms (kind of sketchy) and a playground. You can get some great views of Portland from a few spots in the park.
