The service and atmosphere were wonderful. But I have to say the food was somewhat bland. It wasn't bad, but it didn't really have much flavor. Overall, the experience was good.

The service was great. The atmosphere is pleasant. The food was great. Don't fill up on the bread like I did. Calamari has the perfect amount of fluffy and fluffy texture. Lasagna was full of flavor and had a good amount of meat in the sauce. Spaghetti must have been good. The kids ate it so fast. I had almost forgotten what he ordered. The seafood in Alfredo was decent. I would've liked more cheese flavor. Over all it a place worth going to over and over again.

My wife and I have been eating here for years. We love the food and love the classy, old-fashioned Italian style atmosphere. Lately, however, I feel that the service has been lacking a bit. This restaurant offers a full, detailed Wine menu that includes a selection of Chianti. We recently brought family here for a dinner celebration, and when someone at our table politely asked the waitress which type of chianti to recommend, she simply shrugged then curtly and unenthusiastically said, "I don't know, don't ask me."... Really? When a place offers a such a broad variety of wine to choose from, you would think that their servers would have a little more input, as opposed to having such a flippant attitude about it. Last weekend, I walked inside to meet some friends in the back of the room. When I tried to let the four staff members know, who were all casually hanging out by the entrance, they just stared at me blankly, then as I proceeded to walk away, I overheard them laughing out loud and whispering, "What was he even talking about?".. I think the owner who's here quite often should have a discussion with his staff about working on their affability. Less than ideal interactions aside, we love this place. My favorite dishes are the Manicotti and the Gnocchi, and coming in third place would be the superb Jackie's Baked Rigatoni. As most Italian places should, this place gives off a strong romantic vibe, making it a delightful date night spot for my wife and I.

I've eaten here twice. I must say that I really like the atmosphere. The quaint Italian-American decor is pleasant and comfortable. The chairs hung high on the walls are a nice touch. I had pesto pasta with chicken before, but this visit I had to try the lasagna. I was not disappointed. Although, sorry, Ernesto's, my wife's lasagna is better. Still, you won't go wrong sampling either of these dishes. So far, Ernesto's is the best Italian eatery I've found in the Beaverton/Hillsboro area. Give them a try.

I want to start out with saying that places like this are truly hard to find these days. I made reservations for my birthday dinner online with my family. My kids are older so they rarely pay attention to their old mom anymore. I was looking forward to this dinner all week. We have never been to Ernesto’s and were super excited to try it out. When we arrived our reservation never got added to the list. The manager lady made it right for us when I showed her the confirmation email. She got us a table quickly and gave me the most sincere apology ever. She truly cared. I felt so bad about the whole thing cause she turned it around and made it amazing. Our waiter was hilarious. We absolutely loved his sense of humor. It was like his sense of humor matched perfectly with ours. The manager bought me one of my glasses of wine for the mix up. The food was amazing. When we went to leave I made sure to stop to say goodbye to the manager. We just walked up to each other and immediately hugged. She wished me a happy birthday and apologized again. I would recommend that if you make reservations online with them to call and confirm them. She also said to do that next time we book. If you want a lame franchise experience then go elsewhere. If you want a wholesome ma and pa type of experience then go here! It’s worth it! I promise! As someone who constantly works to provide the best experience to my clients I always appreciate seeing other people do the same. It’s something that’s so hard to find these days. They truly made repeat customers out of us. We will go back often! Thank you Ernesto’s for making my birthday dinner amazing!

Very amazing food! 👏 We stopped in for lunch, and had lasagna, meatball sandwhich, antipasto salad, and bread which was to die for! The price was very reasonable, especially for the amazing food!

Amazing Italian food! Portions are a little small, Especially the pasta. But the flavor is delicious. Will be going here more often when we get out that way.

Some of the best Italian food I've ever had for sure. You need to do yourself a favor and go to this place as soon as possible. I had the marsala and the wine that they used to marinate that is absolutely delicious. I cannot wait to go back!
