Chronically understaffed, but the servers here hustle. Not the best for a super quick bite, but great for a drink or three and some surprisingly good food. Come to the airport early if you have a priority pass, but buy more than $28 or bring cash for a tip. These folks deserve it!

This little cafe located at the Portland Airport was conveniently located at the second floor by the gates so we can make use of time for fun and eat while waiting for flights. The food we found were laid out in boxes and cleanly labeled with names. My favorite in here was Hummus wrap, that satisfied all my cravings. We can take out or eat there as well.

I’ve passed by Capers Café many times while passing thru PDX and last Friday I finally had time to stop in for a late breakfast. My main consensus - not bad for airport food! In fact, I loved it! I ordered a Breakfast Burrito (ham, eggs, potatoes, onions, peppers, chives, cheese, green chilies and cilantro served with sour cream and salsa, $11.25) because the variety of ingredients caught my eye. The sour cream and salsa are served on the side. I even got a ramekin of Tapatio! I have to say it was smaller than I hoped but that’s airport cuisine for you. I really liked how there was an abundance of everything, and not just one or two of the listed ingredients. I didn’t find myself piling on the salsa and hot sauce for flavor, the burrito itself provided plenty of taste! Also, they use higher quality tortillas, the homemade kind that are soft, pliable and oh so delicious. 10/10 would get again! Our waiter, Craig, was absolutely exceptional! The restaurant was definitely short-staffed and he was running around the place like crazy but he did a fantastic job while remaining friendly and attentive! I hope he’s raking in the tips because he deserves it.

Was here for an early morning breakfast. I ordered the special for the day. It was omelette with kielbasa sausage with potatoes and grilled sourdough. The food was fine, the portion was decent. Used priority pass credit for payment which was convenient. I also got like an extra side of two sunny side up eggs and a tea drink and it came out close to the $28 limit. So it was a decent deal for an airport meal. Friendly staff and fast service. Will eat here again when in PDX airport.

I had an absolutely delicious breakfast and then bought a slice of carrot cake to go. Yowza! Some of the best carrot cake I have ever had. (I wish I didn’t live 3,000 miles away.)

The staff were so friendly and service was wonderful. The salmon sandwich was the best food I have had at any airport. Delicious healthy food!

When ever we fly out of Concourse C-E. We make it a point to try to stop by Capers Cafe et Le Bar. Depending on our time we either dine-in our get our food to go. Capers Cafe et Le Bar has amazing food options - I love thier Pastrami on sourdough that comes with a bag of chips. Capers Cafe et Le Bar as has amazing Alaskan Salmon on a bed of Risotto with veggies. Capers Cafe et Le Bar has a large selection of bottle drinks, from juices, seltzer water, Cold brew coffee with oat milk, chocolate, sugar free options as well as made with coconut milk. For Breakfast options they have a variety of options from breakfast burritos to a variety of scrambles. This visit we selected the Mediterranean , with feta, zucchini, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes. It also comes with country potatoes (with skins and seasoning. The have brewed coffee both full test and decapitated (no caffeine). They also have amazing cookies If your in a hurry they have a great selection of grab and go options, from ceaaser salads with salmon or chicken. As well as fresh fruit, cheese fruit and nut combos. As well as selection of wraps roast beef, Chicken and vegetarian options. Capers Cafe et Le Bar also has a wine bar featuring Oregon wineries. We love the fact they they are a part of the Priorty pass Lounge network, so it really is makes Priotry pass a great value and benefit. It is well worth coming early for a hearty meal before flying out of Portland International airport. If your flying out of concourse A or B then be sure to visit Capers Market and Bar.

Amazing food and quick service! We tried the chocolate muffin, croissant, salmon burger, bean salad and lamb gyro. Everything tasted great and the girls at the counter were very nice and helpful.

As far are airport restaurants go this place is great, recommend the daily special menu, ask the server for this or look at the board. Last time around we had the salmon risotto, butternut ginger squash soup and a pasta chicken dish, all of which tasted great and good quality - we are very critical of restaurants. If you have a priority plus, make sure you use it!

New eatery at PDX. They serve starting at 4am which is helpful for early flights. The bacon begel sandwich is good. The one with ham is just one slice of lunch meat.
