Was treated to a business dinner here with a visitor from abroad. Davenport did not disappoint! We were treated to some of the most professional, personable, and unpretentious table-side service I've ever experienced. The food and the bottle list are truly inspired. Our visitors had been in New York checking out some excellent wine bars and restaurants, they said our night at Davenport was the best experience they'd had in the States. Way to represent PDX! Will be back whenever perfection is requisite.

The dining month menu was alright and the parking wasn't the funnest but the place was very nice. Staff was very friendly and the food was good. I especially enjoyed the scallops. We both picked the same options from the Portland dining month menu.

We've been eating Kevin's food back when he had Evoe inside Pastaworks on Hawthorne. The food, service, ambience last night was fantastic as always. The highlight was the fideos with calamari that we sopped up with Little T baguette chunks.

Super friendly staff. The tapas style dishes were simply perfect. We ordered a half a dozen oysters and they’re served with horseradish, lemon on the side; super fresh. The scallops were delicious, as was the carpaccio. I had lamb for the first time and I’m so happy I did it here—the dish looked beautiful and taking that first bite was to die for.

Varied but small menu. Small portions with purpose and poise. Charming intimate space. Staff was friendly and attentive. Definitely set aside your evening to have a paced plate by plate meal. Nettle dumplings (likely seasonal) were my top pick.

Burger was pretty good...certainly gourmet. The heirloom tomato was clutch. But there are better burgers in PDX. "Fries" were weak IMHO.

Worlds most perfect burger. Seafood dishes are fresh AF and delicious. Service is great. Wine is amazing. Top 5 favorite restaurants in Portland.
