What a delight to have happened upon this venue strolling down Alberta street on a Saturday night. I was drawn by the beautiful voice singing and saw an artist singing on stage with a guitar in front of a huge mural wall. I though I was back in Austin for a split second. Turns out Shady Pines Radio was throwing and event with a list of artists lined up- all I needed to do was grab a beer, find myself a seat in the garden and enjoy the music. Wonderful evening with local artists.

Like ordering sushi- except with tacos! You will complete your order on a menu form (like sushi!) and submit it inside. The tacos we ordered were all so good, and I stuffed myself silly- I can’t remember which one was my favorite. I highly recommend it, come hungry, too! You’re probably going to want to try them all! Service was prompt and very friendly, too! Love the chill vibe. The only thing is- the benches were a little low, BUT... that didn’t take away from my taco tasting event!!

I AM OBSESSED WITH The CRUZROOM ANNEX. I don't typically eat pork, but after reading the description, I was sold! The pork tacos and the jerk tacos are where its at! Its a galley style dinning room with a open kitchen and lively urban atmosphere. Gets even better with a fire pit in the patio and a second secret bar!! You gotta find it for yourself ;) I'm sure it won't disappoint!

Fun and funky taco stop. Small plates and the happy hour prices make this cute indoor/outdoor restaurant a little gem! We hit up the Cruzroom to check out the fried pickle and bacon taco, and definitely were hooked! Fried cheese and a little slaw round out this taco version of the cheeseburger. We also tried the fish and chips taco, my second favorite, as well as a steak version and, of course, tater tots. The fried cheese is the win here. A couple of lovely and well crafted drinks complete the satisfaction factor to a T. Take a minute to check this place out, have a couple tacos and fall in love.
