Came here for a company dinner. Had an 8 course meal. The dishes were good, I especially liked the duck sausage. My Shirley Temple was also tasty.
Our server was nice, kept our drinks full. Décor was fairly simple. Solid 4/5 would come back.

Fantastic small plates of all kinds. Would recommend ordering a bunch and sharing with a couple people. Waitstaff is knowledgeable and so polite. Very cozy setting. Not a large place, so reservations are a must. Great cocktails as well.

I've been to Park Kitchen twice, once for happy hour and another time for dinner. Both experiences were AMAZING. The staff is very attentive (without being overly so) and the food is amazing. I enjoyed that our server explained our dishes and the culinary thought the cooks put into it.
The entrees are on the smaller side (which for me isn't necessarily a bad thing), though the trade off with cost can be a little disappointing if you're used to getting more food at $15-ish. The quality of the food/ingredients and the fact that it's one of the few restaurants in Portland that is gratuity free (so the servers receive a decent salary) makes up for it, however.

My husband and I recently got married at their now closed Bent Brick location. I still want to write a raving review despite the restaurant closing because the chef, event coordinator and owner are still at Park Kitchen. First off let me say that the food was dreamy! Definitely one of the highlights of our wedding. Everything was so fresh and creative. Each dish served was better than the last! Even the pickiest eaters at our wedding raved about the food. Both Dylan and Scott were incredible to work with. They were happy for our business but never made us feel like we were being overcharged. Both were willing to work with us and change menus and meet prior to the event to walk things through with us. I cannot say enough to thank both of them! The day of was incredibly beautiful. They pulled out all the stops to make the place look amazing! I highly recommend anyone visit their restaurant and enjoy the food but if you are looking for an intimate place to hold an event definitely look at Park Kitchen you will be blown away!

We traveled to the west coast from Maryland and this was by far the best place we ate. The service was amazing, especially the bartender, and we were able to have some new to us ingredients that I had never seen on a menu (ice plant). We had some of the best gnocchi I had tasted and the house cured anchovies were to die for. Overall I think the prices were a steal compared to the east coast. We were able to get two cocktails, four small plates, one dessert, and a flight if digestifs for just under $100. If you are in the Pearl District and love high quality, well balanced food, you should really check this place out!

Atmosphere: Great. Food: Amazing. The steelhead was so perfectly cooked, and they have great vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options. Also, the no-tipping policy is pretty cool. You can see into the kitchen and the staff looks relaxed and low-stress, and the service seems very attentive yet low pressure also. We came for a date night during Dining Month and discovered a sweet local spot. Give this place a try!

I highly recommend the Chef's supper. It's a great way to get a lot of smaller plates. It feels a little like a marathon of food after a while. Portions are small but there will likely be a LOT of plates (4-7). Great atmosphere, nice and quiet, no tipping, and the meat is very thoughtfully sourced.

This place is spendy, but it is quite the to do! While we were not brave enough to let the chef choose our meal, we do wish to go back for a special occasion and take advantage of that experience. The food was absolutely magnificent and they had an excellent selection of wine to compliment our meal.

We held a private reception event at Park Kitchen for ~45 people and everyone here made the event feel personal, private, and special! This is the place for a catering event if you wish to share amazing food and Portland's incredible service!
We welcomed guests in the large common room and the staff had a punch and served appetizers. Later, we sat down to family style dinner and Park Kitchen catered to some of our dietary restrictions like gluten free and vegetarians. We also had late arrivals and the kitchen kept warm plates to everyone could eat.
The mgmt worked with our budget and we had an amazing evening that was affordable and delicious!
Don't wait- book your special event with Park Kitchen!

Simply put, this was a wonderful dining experience. Great for a special occasion! We had the "small plate tasting menu," which included three small plates per person and dessert. I thought all of them were excellent but especially enjoyed the tender flank steak, the pickled cod, the chickpea fries with butternut squash ketchup, and the very artful addition of tender and flavorful mushrooms to several of the dishes. The buttermilk panna cotta with sugared pears was an incredibly tasty dessert, too.
The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and the ambiance was great; we enjoyed sitting next to the open kitchen and watching them at work.
We also enjoyed a carafe of the Love and Squalor Oregon Pinot Noir (one of their "wines on tap") and the total for the two of us was about $140 before tip. It's not cheap, but I thought it was well worth it for such good and original food and service.

Wow. I don't feel I can properly express how good my meal was without dinner special effects and maybe some interpretive dance. The meat melted in my mouth, the veggies were soft but had crunch. At one point I realized my wife had been trying to tell me how good her dish was but I'd been blissing out on flavor. I have not been culinary transported in such in a long time. Your owe it to your mouth to take it here. One of my Fave Five.

Ordering the "Chef's Choice" is a must. The chef then chooses the best plates so your table can try them all. The service was fabulous and the food was some of the best I have had in a while. Love the farm to table emphasis.

Amazing. Made it in for happy hour (only 5-6pm). Going back for a full meal. Great cocktails, friendly and knowledgeable staff, food is top of the line. No tipping, all included in prices. Intimate, upscale, without pretentions.

I send my guests to restaurants all over the city. I have my personal favorites for so many different reasons. But I have to be honest and tell you that I send about half of all my guests to Park Kitchen. the food, the environment, the location, the service and their collective passion is just amazing to me. No matter what the occasion I guarantee that your expectations will be met.

Came here for happy hour with my wife. Great, original cocktails and interesting plates at reasonable prices. Didn't stay for dinner (seemed pricey) but enjoyed the specials.

Lots of small plates, good for sharing. Good service in the bar, very personable and friendly. Short but impressive wine list. They even had Eyrie Blackcap, which is very hard to find.

The plates are small, but the food is heavenly. Their menu items are rotating, but we tried a majority of them. Each one was an exquisite culinary delicacy. This place reminds me of some initmate restaurants in Le Marais.

Hadn’t been to Park Kitchen in a few years, and was pleasantly surprised to discover it’s even better than it used to be. Every dish was sumptuous, and our waiter deftly arranged our orders so that we ramped up from most modest to the stunning finale. I’ll definitely be back soon.

Right as we enter the restaurant Curtis Day greeted us and sat us immediately. Mr. Day was so friendly and accommodating along with his entire staff. The food was so tasty. We ordered a few little bites so we can have a sampling of the food and they did not disappoint. If you are visiting Portland, Or you need to make this one of the stops.

The food had the best flavors I've ever tasted! Excellent!

Wandered in based on a recommendation. Curtis & Chad have got an amazing experience happening here. Great, great food, done so well. On top of that, service was brilliant. Too easy! WEL done lads.

Amazing flavor combinations, obviously a very talented chef!

We had an amazing meal at Park Kitchen! We went with "The Chef's Supper" which included several courses. Everything was absolutely unique and outstanding. First time we'd ever eaten ice plant! Thank you for the great experience!
Amber Elizabeth Phillips
Amazingly attentive service especially considering that tipping isn't an option. The food and drinks were phenomenal. Would definitely visit here again!!

Excellent food (my friend said it is hands down the best pork slider he's ever had and he's had many!), delicious & creative drinks, great atmosphere, friendly and attentive waitstaff and easy parking. And the best thing of all? There is a no tipping policy! The prices are a little higher (but not crazy by any means) which allows the employees to be paid a living wage with benefits - wonderful idea that I absolutely support. We will be back soon!
Terri Schwarz
I was not at all impressed, especially with the service. Don’t know if they are still doing the rotation where everyone does every job? But, it didn’t feel like it was working and there are so many restaurants ~
Gavin Davidson
We were there for New Years so it was a fixed price menu but honestly out of the many courses I'd say only 2 were memorable. Service was awkward as well.
Connie Krenik
It was delicious! I can't even choose the dessert (heavenly chocolate cake with house-made ice cream) over the entrée (roast pork with cornbread dressing +) over the salad (various radishes and other delights)! Each was spectacular in its own way!
Sharon Meier Zielinski
We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience, from the pre-dinner cocktails to dessert. All of the snacks, small and large plates, and dessert were delicious and reflected local and seasonal influences. The no gratuity model is much appreciated. We will return soon!
Relit Rappinz
Amazing staff, amazing food. This is a true dinning EXPERIENCE. Anything less than a 5 star rating is rubbish. This is what you need to experience in Portland.
Brooks Tish
One of the most innovative and eclectic kitchens in the Northwest. Often surprised. Never disappointed.
