Yes, Portland's oldest restaurant really delivers! Known for their Turkey sandwich's we had a clam dinner & a mussel dinner, yesterday, 6-16-18! Perfectly presented, perfectly cooked and was so very good! Their house-made coleslaw with baby shrimp starter is the best anywhere! It's our favorite restaurant! Excellent service by our server, Roxanne, she knows the menu and the staff dresses to The Nines consistently! My wife had a vignoir & I a resling, perfectly chilled and tasty! Their Spanish Coffee is the best!

First time in Portland and I have to say it’s been a great visit so far. Sister in law made reservations for us at Huber’s and it was absolutely fantastic. The food, service and ambience are definitely worth a stop if you’re ever in Portland. Huber’s does not disappoint.

We came just in time for happy hour and it is such a deal! We ordered the Mongolian beef skewers and artichoke dip fir appetizers. We then ordered a sandwich and the beef stroganoff off, and IT IS FANTASTIC. I doubted how good it could be, but honestly, it's quite fantastic. I highly recommend it. Our service was great. The sandwich we couldn't even eat because we were so full! But it wasn't as good as the other 3 dishes.

Although we are vegetarian, our parents were visiting from MI and love Turkey dinners. Googled and found this restaurant. 💯 lives up to its great reviews! We found an amazing salad (Apple and beet) and ordered mashed potatoes, yams and had 2-3 other options if needed as a non-meat eater. Our parents raved about the taster freshness of the turkey and we all agreed the mashed potatoes were top notch. Believe all the good things you’ve read…try it. Any drink you could imagine and the Spanish coffee looked amazing, although we passed for personal reasons. Loved the service and decor. We’ll bring all our out of town guests here!

If you find yourself in the downtown Portland area, you definitely need to pay this spot a visit. The same family has been involved in the business since the 1800s. All the food items on the menu are really tasty! This spot primarily deals with poultry, and they're really good at its preparation! The drinks served are pretty good, but you definitely have to experience the Spanish Coffee, as it is their house specialty and its preparation is really quite the show! So have those cell phones ready for video/photos! The drink itself is nothing less than delicious! I like the back bar area, as it is the older and original dining area. If you're in the mood for a bit of history with good people, good food, and good beverages, you definitely need to stop by and enjoy!!!

Down a long hallway in the Oregon Pioneer building, we finally found Huber's. I had heard about it, but never visited it before despites its stellar reputation. We were visiting its bar for happy hour to have its signature flaming Spanish Coffee cocktail. It was the start of a very nice evening. With its stained glass ceiling, the bar is light and inviting. The service was top notch.

An absolute MUST! I wish we would've found this spot on our first night in town instead of our last. There are so many delicious options, and everything tastes fantastic! The Spanish Coffee performance at your table really brings dinner with a show vibes. If you don't eat here atleast once, you are missing out!

This is a fantastic historical restaurant in the heart of downtown Portland. If you are visiting Portland this cozy place should be on your places to visit. The menu mixes it up with some of your bar/pub favorites to a turkey dinner with all the fixin's and my favorite fresh salmon with masked potatoes. Before you order your dinner order a round of Spanish Coffees. This table side event is a remarkable balance of creative balance of glasses, fire and spirits. The service takes you back to that short time ago when restaurants were filled with longtime staff. Heidi was excellent. The atmosphere is one that holds many stories. The rich dark wood. The vintage and authentic decor has followed Hubers through the decades.

Get the Turkey. Get the Spanish coffee. Fantastic historic building and interior decor. Huber’s is a must visit restaurant. It has been in the current location over 100 years. Service was great - portion sizes were extremely generous. We started with drinks (ipa beer & marionberry cosmo) My wife had the Turkey dinner, which was fantastic. Tender roasted Turkey, creamy mashed potatoes and gravy, stuffing, broccoli, and cranberry sauce. I had the salmon, broccoli and rice, which was very good, but I would get the Turkey the next time I visit. We split one dessert and one Spanish coffee. Total without tip was $97, which I thought was very reasonable. Give it a try.

After seeing the Happy hour menu, I sat at the bar and had a simple meal with Fort George beer, and it tasted great, and when I ordered Spanish coffee, I could enjoy the bartender's splendid performance. hope you come here and feel the old-fashioned atmosphere with the old tradition.
