This location tends to be very slow moving. At least 20+ minutes if they aren’t very busy, but closer to half an hour if they are. The food is decent, but you are definitely taking a gamble on freshness and quality. Several times I’ll get the chicken fries only to have half of them inedible. Not in the picky way, in the “too hard to chew. Almost crunchy” kind of way. No employee will give you a positive experience that I’ve seen. The place overall lacks any luster. Compared to other burger kings, it’s understaffed and could use a lot of work, though I don’t see that happening.

Wait time was over 30 minutes in drive thru. Drive thru employee looked like she hated her job, poor customer service. Ordered 2 BK Fish with tomato, was charged for tomato, no tomatoes, burned buns and 4 pieces of lettuce on each. And you could tell the grease was old, fries tasted horrible.

Took a lil long to get our order pretty sure half of our order were patties cooked and sitting there way to long cause when we got home and we dint kive far from there half of the burgers were really cold and so were our onion rings but the drive thru service we went at night were really poliet

Service with a attitude,had one of there coupons but they didn't have the coupon # so screen showing the wrong item I corrected it to getting a being Stupid Attitude from the window cashier. The coupon stating items showing below are what you will receive and nope some difference but the food was there. Prices are GREAT ! Food quality is Good. The items at size could be different YET of all GOOD PLACE TO GET, SERVICE QUICK, WORTH WHAT LITTLE YOU PAY AND PIOLET EMPLOYEES.

They ALWAYS overcook the jalapeno cheddar bites! Nothing like a $2 order to hollow dough! Then when you try to call them about it, it just switches to an answering service that isn't set up. Very professional for such a large corporation.

This places closes early too often. They shut off their lights and pretend to be closed when they still over 30mins of business time. Staff is always rude and it’s super dirty inside. Not a fan of this BK. Go to a different one or just eat else where.
