Panera Bread

I just love their food & pastries. Everything is always get. One of our favorites is the chipotle chicken bacon flatbread, so good! A definite must try. The pepperoni & sausage flatbread is also very good. The Mac & cheese sandwich is okay. The chicken soup is also very delicious. The orange scone is a must try as well, it's a good mix of sweet & citrus.

I used to have great experiences here but my last 2 visits sucked. My most recent visit, they put the wrong lettuce on my mediterranean veggie sandwich which honestly ruins it, and I ordered a whole but received a half. I also got a frozen caramel coffee and they didnt put any caramel on it. I used doordash so I couldnt get anything fixed. My order before that I ordered curbside since my baby was asleep in the car so I didnt want to go inside or use the drive thru since its loud. My order said it was ready 10 minutes later than the app said it would be then I waited 15 more minutes after checking in waiting for curbside. Noone came so I woke up my baby and went inside to see my meal waiting in the pick up area with my drink melted. It charged a fee for curbside so pretty upset, they werent busy either. I guess Ill stop going to Panera for awhile.

I would like to say the Service is outstanding the shift manager Amanda is amazing this is why I took the time to right a review.. my family of 6 went in on a Friday night for Dinner after leaving another restaurant for a long wait I understand it crazy and short staffed since I myself I'm a shift manager all I wanted was to feed my kids so Panera it was they love your food .. the Cashier was very patient and helped us with our order.. Amanda made us aware that the bread we wanted was out she suggested a different bread that was really good and apologized ..Thank you Amanda for your great customer service and and making our Yummy Dinner awesome ...
