Sonic Drive-in

I will NEVER visit this location again, to say poorly managed is an understatement. With good competition that can cook and deliver food to my car in a timely manner; you bet I’ll drive the 3 miles! I get needing a break but when 2 people walk out of kitchen area and sit their big happy butts down when there are 7-8 cars waiting and only 1 girl delivering the food at 6pm on a Friday night is not the smartest idea. The fact that it took 28 minutes to deliver cold food at a fast food joint is unacceptable. Bye Sonic your franchise status should be taken away, your location gives all Sonics a bad name.

When I come through for Uber Eats deliveries, the service is pretty quick. However, when visiting as a regular customer, the orders are not always correct, the restaurant usually closes well before 11, and it just takes a while to get a response at the order screen as well as to get your order out. If I'm going to Sonic as a customer, I usually skip this one and go to another location a few minutes away.

Drove here from Dallas area. Needed food. 10 minutes before they took my order. Employees and others we're hanging out outside ignoring everyone. I felt as if I was in the ghetto. When I finally placed my order, the girl was rude when I asked questions. Food finally came out after 35 mins of being there and it was cold. Tots were half cooked. Literally frozen in the middle. Threw all of it away. I would not recommend anyone go to this location. Icky!

The manger was awesome! I ordered the fried Oreo cookies Al la mode....but they ended up not having it, so she came to my car and personally apologized for the mix up they didn't have any at the location so she recommended the Cinna sticks ....were friendly and the food was fresh and delicious. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

One of my favorite things to get during the hot Texas summer is route 44 unsweet tea with lemon. For some reason Sonic across the state has decided to weaken that tea to brown water. Not only THAT, but they now charge for lemon. Funny I don't get charged for salt and pepper and all those peppermints they hand out, so why charge for lemon?! So I'm paying for them, they're tiny slices. Must get a dozen slices from one 10 cent lemon at .30 per 4 slices. Back to the crappy tasting tea. Why did you (Sonic big wigs) ruin the main thing I come in for? Yeah I might be only one person, but I was a loyal customer. Fix your tea!!!
