Starbucks

Ummm wow Porter location! I had not been to this location since it reopened after remodeling and can I just say they are KILLING IT! I order from home on the app and literally three minutes later walk in and my to go order is ready and waiting. I’m shocked at how well this place is ran and these orders are usually placed around 7:50 - 8:04 AM during the rush hour when leaving for work. Not only is the staff very polite and provide great service, my drinks are made properly and we all know what it’s like getting your Starbucks and it’s just wrong. Thank you SO much for providing such great service in our area!

I went to buy a large and a medium drink. The large was full 3 quarters of the way full. I ask for a little more milk the rest of the way and I was told I had to pay. In all of my time I’ve went to Starbucks the Porter was the worst I’ve ever experience. The shift manager wasn’t willing to try to give good customer service. She kept says we can only give 4 once’s!!! New Caney Starbucks is the BEST!

more than likely to get your drink wrong than they are to get it right. not to mention they’re horrible at keeping customers aware of whether they’re open or not, and updating their hours online. you can look online and see that they’re open and then drive all the way up there and then they’ll be closed.
