The food is usually correct the first time. The employees where nice as always. They close at 11 the last time I went so get there before that!!!!!!! Oh, and at the time of this posting I believe they are looking for help. I like my midnight tacos man. . . Please someone fill out an application so they can not have to close early!!!!!! Awesome place to work!!!! Who doesn't love tacos, I mean seriously here people . . . .TACOS!!!!!!
Aaron (SP) the night shift mgr took our order and payment. The customer service I received was ABSOLUTELY THE BEST I've ever had at any fast food restaurant anywhere. I was extremely impressed by him. He definitely sets a great example for the other employees. Unfortunately most places, especially restaurants and retail stores not only are short-handed but those they employ aren't anywhere near the level of service like I received during this visit. I hope to see him in the future with continued amazing service! Continue to carry on and be that guy who stands out in a positive way!

I was at the Portage Wisconsin Taco Bell .I go there maybe once a week..Its aways been okay..Today April 23 2022 around 3:45pm..It was really good and still warm when I got home..I wanted a little extra time to recieve it but, it was well worth it..Keep up the great work at Portage wisconsin Taco Bell..
I love that they were open late night. The food was good for fast food - & the Mexican pizza is back! The food was made fresh when we received it. Overall, pretty good job. Of course, they did mess up the order a little bit, but it all still tasted good (we haven't gotten food from a resraurant on the last 2 years that hasn't been wrong or messed up somehow, so this was to be expected). The drive thru was the only thing open when we got there & they already had all the lights off on the building except for the drive thru menu, so it really looked like it was closed & wes almost drove away at first, until we actually saw a couple employees inside the building. We will return here again for late night food & snacks.
