Taco Bell

Do not go to this Taco Bell. Got a Beef burrito, got a rice burrito, soft taco had maybe half soon of meat and the crunch wrap supreme, was a salad supreme in a tortilla. If your not going to provide the food people pay for, close it up. The pictures this location shows is a joke. Worthless. Might need a health department check.

I go to this Taco Bell location almost every day for my lunch break due to its location and great prices. They have made great strides recently to speed up their service and it shows. My food is accurate and delicious over 95% of the time. With the kind of volume they serve, no one can be perfect, and if anything is incorrect, they are always happy to fix it without hesitation.

Ok so the boys that work at night are awesome. They are fast and pleasant and make the cheesey gordita crunch the best. I went earlier in the day. Don't. The gm is lazy and let customera wait on the drive thru for over 15 min bc she left new kids to run the show while she sat around up front chatting and doing an interview for some she knew. I had to go inside to get my food and pay bc I was going to be late for work. The girl at the window was very sweet but there wasn't anything she could do about it. Get new management. Get one of the teens that work at night a promotion bc they run the store the right way.

They messed up my order had to come back. As I was standing there they were all children BTW besides one lady and she looked like she was in her own world. They were laughing on how a drawer was short. Needless to say I got what I ame for replaced but just seems to be a lot of issues here even down to core of things

Worst Taco Bell location in Portage by far. The complaints in this review span multiple visits over the last 3years. Consistently missing food items, usually sides. Food is often under or over cooked. Don't bother asking for accommodations to your order, like "no tomatoes on the Bell Grande" you'll only get the standard ingredients. Management appears to have difficulty managing/keeping staff, I rarely see the same face twice. Skip this location, go to the other Taco Bell in portage or down the road in Hobart.
