Great food, I could eat a burrito from this place everyday (which I have). It's not terribly expensive, but sometimes I wish the burritos were a little bigger. The main issue with this place is the online ordering system/app. It is great, easy to follow, and notifies you when your food is ready. The problem is that every now and then, the site doesn't work or the payment process fails. One time my order went through, but the restaurant was closed. Fortunately, the customer service is awesome and I got 2 free burritos for it. The reason I give it a 4 star for atmosphere is because everybody and their brother likes to be in there at the same time, making it inconvenient for the people doing online pickup.
Connor from the Westnedge location was absolutely phenomenal. He gave the best customer service we have ever had. Super friendly, fast, accommodating, and even remembered us from last time. He deserves a promotion! We will be becoming regulars at this location thanks to the outstanding experience every time!
Food was excellent in both quality and quantity. I took home my leftovers and it was dinner for my husband and lunch for me the next day. Reheated nicely.
Chipotle is a nice Mexican Restaurant. This Location is conveniently located with Ample Parking. There is an outdoor seating area as well for beautiful summer days. The inside is usually very well kept
The Prices are q little higher than other fast food joints but the service and the quality of the food makes up for it. Has a good selection of vegetarian meals as well for people who are Vegans or prefer Halal/Kosher meats.
The service is usually good and orders are made on time for both dine in and take out.
My offspring would eat every meal here if they could. I typically get a burrito and it is so filling! The staff is always very patient with me when I am ordering food and asking questions about spicing up my food.
Very friendly clean establishment willing to go above and beyond all the food was prepped fresh really enjoyed
