Dunkin'

My coffee had particles at the bottom. When I Asked the person in the drive-thru what was in my coffee and she brought it back and said “coffee grounds” and then handed it back to me and said next time I come it’s “on them.” With no coupon or voucher to indicate that. Would not recommend. They don’t care about their customers.

I wanted to stop in here I waited in the drive-through line for well over 10 minutes on each car was taking at least four minutes due to the fact that they are such short staffed which is very disappointing this used to be one of my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts as it is closest to my house I do hope that corporate is in the process of hiring so I can continue coming to my favorite store

Front door locked during posted business hours. Walked up to window & was told I had to order by the intercom & drive around. Got back on my bike & drove to the menu where the same clerk then asked for my order. I ordered a large coffee. She said OK, *now* I could come to the window. I replied "thanks" admittedly tersly from my frustration at having to jump through hoops to buy coffee. At the window, she smugly informed me that her manager said she didn't have to serve me. I could go somewhere else. Then she closed and barred the window.

The people at this location are very helpful. My Favorite drink is the Frozen Chai Tea. This drink, However, is not available on the app. I ordered a Frozen Vanilla Coolata and had to hurry inside to let them know that it was Actually Supposed to be the tea. She had not made the coolata yet, so she made gladly made the correct tea drink. It was Delicious!😋 Thank You for taking Your time to read my review.😊 Have a Great Day!🌞
