This is a food truck in the parking lot at the Beach Park at Isla Blanca. You better go on an empty stomach because they have good food and a lot of it. I had a stuffed baked potato with pulled pork. I'll be eating on it for 3 days! Lol The people are great with lots of info on places to go in the area.

We ordered the the jalapeño popper appetizer, moist brisket, & a side of fries & everything was delicious. The only disappoint thing was that the appetizer was just one huge jalapeño popper for $13 but it was still delicious & loaded with brisket. The service was quick but also you could tell it was made to order. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting south padre.

Awesome food. Good sized portions. I had the 3 meat entree with sausages, ribs, and brisket (oh yum). Hubby had the baby back rib special. The ribs had a delicious dry rub, smoked to very tender-falling off the bone, homemade BBQ sauce on the side. (Didn't really need the sauce, the ribs were excellent just with the dry rub).The brisket was tender, great flavor. The charro beans are the best we have had on the island. You definitely need to go here!

My family and I loved the food although we were given the bottom of the pot of Charro Beans and got mostly bean juice with a little Cilantro and pieces of Sausage. We would expect them to offer another side since they ran out of beans instead of giving us the bottom of the pot. * You all really owe us a side next time we come. * The meat was tender , flavorful , and juicy. The potato salad was good. It tastes better on this sandwich I put together. Thankfully we got a reasonable ratio of meat and fat. The fat brings out more flavor. The barbecue sauce was good. Nonetheless , It was heavy on the spices , so beware that it does trigger heart burn. The meat honestly is good without it. S.N. : They also give 6 Hamburger Buns out of an 8 pack Hamburger Buns, Sweet Onions , Dill Pickle Slices , 1 Jalapeno cut into fours for each meat , and 2 containers of Barbecue Sauce. We got the family pack that cost $70. The Loaded Mac and Cheese with Sausage was an additional $5 , so our total was $75.
