Disgusting manager. I was a regular here until this new manager started. Her name is Barb, and she was very rude to other costumers in line. Her voice is very loud and displeasing, almost like yelling. I couldn't understand her at all. Her direction and communication with the workers was poor, and for a bit, I saw her standing by sinks on her phone when it was pretty busy. Not at all like the other managers, I suddenly don't enjoy my time in this restaurant anymore.

Only 3 cars in line when I pulled in. I was the only one at the speaker and waited 6 min to place my order. At 8:55 I completed the order at the speaker but didn’t get our food til 9:18. We tried to call but no one would answer. Even sit down restaurants don’t take this long.

Sometimes the food is fresh from here and other times it's not. Overall a good place to stop by to get a quick meal.

Play place was dirty. Air conditioning wasn't on, only in the restaurant. All the tables were dirty also. This was at 9am when there were very few customers inside. It appeared that the tables had been left that way for a day or more.

Usually been pretty good but last few mornings they've been burning eggs on breakfast sandwiches 🥺 crispy edges today yesterday was so bad I had to throw the egg off the whole side was brown.
I used to get iced coffees from this location but nowadays it seems like it's not much coffee all flavor so I get from a different location.

Pine Grove Burger King needs a little help they don't wipe their counters as much as they should my food comes out dried out I had a hamburger and the pickles the mustard the ketchup the burger was all dried out and when it should have been fresh I give this a one out of a five

Everytime I come here for a doordash pickup I'm told to come inside because doordash isn't available at the drive thru which is B's, anyway this is discrimination, I will be calling corporate and the BBB.

I ordered dinner here and the staff during the afternoon shift was very friendly. My order was taken correctly, my food came out fast, and everything tasted amazing.
